(For All Accepted Paper) During the poster session, one of the authors must be at the poster to interact with conference participants. Your poster must be pinned on the workshop day by 8:30 AM. It must remain on the board from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM and must be removed from the poster board between 12:15 PM and 12:45 PM on the SAME day. Posters not removed by 12:45 PM will be discarded. We do not provide the template for the poster. Please ensure your printed poster is in PORTRAIT format and A0 size (33.1in x 46.8 in or 841mm x 1189mm).
(For Oral Presenters) Each presenter should prepare for a presentation of maximum of 5 min. Timing will be strictly enforced to ensure every speaker has their full allotment of time to present and that sessions end on time. It is imperative, therefore, that you rehearse the timing of your talk beforehand. The session chair will introduce each speaker and the title of the talk. Please note that in addition to your talk, there will also be a companion poster presentation that you are required to prepare and deliver at the poster session. Please arrive at the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the oral session, and check in with the workshop organizers.
