In the School of Library and Information Science at the University of Iowa, I research digital culture, heritage, data, and preservation from community archives to Anglophone social media. I also teach courses in cultural metadata, LIS computing, and community archives, and serve on the advisory board of the online Walt Whitman Archive and the editorial board of River Styx.
