I am a joint-PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP) and King’s College London (KCL), specialising in public opinion and political behaviour. My research interests include political polarisation, populism, ideology, emotions, and gender, with an interdisciplinary focus on political psychology. I have also worked on more IR-based theories such as soft power.
Methodologically, my work has involved designing original surveys and conducting cross-national comparative analyses using open data. I am also keen to expand into causal inference and longitudinal data analysis as part of my future research.
While my PhD project primarily involves global analysis, I have a strong regional interest in Latin American studies, informed by five years of living and conducting research in Brazil.
Please feel free to explore my CV and research.
