For the first time in the last ten years, Miami’s Wynwood Arts District has seized the chance to own a newly modern condominium. The construction and completion of 250 Wynwood makes it one of the most celebrated innovative neighborhoods not only for the Miami real estate business, but also in the entire United States.
This boutique live/work Miami Beach Penthouses For Sale is located close to Panther Coffee, the town square of the area, and the building has eleven exquisite units. Every unit in 250 Wynwood building will be equipped with ceilings measuring 10 feet high, along with huge private balconies, large open living spaces, as well as full-size windows from floor to ceiling.
The architect, Laith Sayigh, designed 250 Wynwood and is based in New York City. His exceptional experience perfectly blended with Miami preconstruction procedures. 250 Wynwood integrates site-specific artwork selected by Anthony Spinello, an Art Basel exhibitor and Miami gallerist Phenom. The perfect Miami Luxury Penthouses For Sale.
One of my favorite little-known condos in Miami is a loft just north of the Arts District called Bank Lofts. If you’re driving north on Biscayne, this is the apartment building on the right just before Northeast 82nd Street.
The building was originally supposed to be a bank, but in 2007 it converted to a condominium with Miami Penthouses To Buy instead — a rather gorgeous one at that.
Bank Lofts. You won’t be sleeping in the vault or anything like that, but the residents of Bank Lofts or Penthouses For Sale In Miami enjoy some of the largest and most genuine lofts in Miami, where developers often slap the word “loft” on units even though they’re not. These are true lofts. The open floor plans allow for any configuration. All the units do, of course, have bathrooms and kitchens that are finished.
For a great case in point, there are two Bank Lofts units available right now for a smidge over half a million dollars.
One on the seventh floor is absolutely massive, and the huge windows — which are just as huge in every loft — let it tons of sunlight and make the space feel even larger. There isn’t a ceiling shorter than 11 feet in the building, and some ceilings are 15-feet high. Fifteen freaking feet. That’s a real loft.
The exposed duct work and concrete walls are a dream for somebody looking for an industrial look that’s easy to soften with massive art pieces and designer furniture.
There’s another unit also on the seventh floor that’s about $25,000 cheaper because it’s 100 fewer square feet (I’d give up 100 feet for $25,000, wouldn’t you?). There’s something about both of these units that just gives me a good feeling because I know that somebody’s going to love living in them and I can’t wait to meet whoever that is.
Did I mention the swimming pool and the epic workout room? (A bank with a swimming pool — imagine that.) Check out the pictures, seriously. You’ll be asking me how soon you can move in. Give me a call if you’re interested.
