I offer purposefully designed yoga workshops for children under 18. Each session combines breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, yoga postures, and activities/games that promote social-emotional learning. Every workshop is guided by a unique theme, such as focusing on gratitude or taking an adventure through a garden. My goal is for children to have fun, relax, connect, and learn strategies they can use beyond the mat. I am excited to share the numerous benefits of yoga and mindfulness with your children!
