End User License Agreement (EULA)

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

• Rent, lease, distribute, or resell the App to others.

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App including its content, code, graphics, design, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Muhammad Irfan Azhar. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Data and Privacy

The use of the App may involve collection of limited, non-personal, or anonymous data to improve app performance and user experience. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how information may be collected and used.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as analytics, advertisements, or external content. Your interaction with those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the Developer assumes no responsibility for any third-party content or data handling.

6. Updates and Modifications

The Developer may, at any time, release updates, bug fixes, or new features. Some updates may be installed automatically. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the modified version and terms.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate it immediately if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Irfan Azhar shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
