HOUSE RULES

No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors.

Parties or Events

• To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed in the condo.

Quiet Hours

• Please respect the building’s quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy

• The maximum number of guests allowed in the condo is 4 pax. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.

Respect for Property

• Please treat the condo with respect and care. Report any damages or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Kitchen Use

• Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash any used dishes and dispose of trash in the provided bins.

Security

• Lock all doors and windows when you leave the condo. Do not share access codes with anyone outside your group.

Lost Items

• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Please double-check the condo for your belongings before checking out.

Air Conditioning/Heating

• Please turn off the air conditioning, heating, and lights when not in use or when leaving the condo to conserve energy.
