The MHS Sawmill Rental Housing Building offers units at a range of affordable rental rates under BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund. If your household income is below BC Housing’s Housing Income Limits, you may qualify for ‘Rent Geared to Income (RGI)’ units. Tenants who are interested in and qualify for Rent Geared to Income units must apply to The Housing Registry. Tenants for the Sawmill Rental Building’s RGI units will be selected from the Housing Registry. Tenants interested in affordable market rents can join the waitlist here.
