We seek to understand and exploit unique characteristics of nano-structured micro-devices. Our aim is to develop and induce novel electronic devices, such as transistors, sensors, actuator, and microfluidics for 1) A.I. Semiconductor, 2) Personalized Healthcare, 3) Electroceuticals, 4) Sustainable System, 5) Robotics To achieve our research objective,we are developing a design and fabrication of a novel 3D structure of micro, nano-material that can enhancing performances of the electronic devices.
우리 연구실은 마이크로 (micro), 나노 (nano) 크기에서 일어나는 새로운 과학적 원리를 이용하여 고성능 전자 소자 (electronic devices)를 개발하고있습니다. 특히, 반도체, MEMS, Laser 공정을 기반으로 특수한 3차원 마이크로-나노 전자 소자를 개발하고 있으며, 구현된 소자는 1)차세대 반도체 (A.I. Semiconductor), 2)디지털 헬스케어 (Personalized Healthcare), 3)전자약 (Electroceuticals), 4)지속가능시스템 (Sustainable System), 5)로봇공학 (Robotics) 에 응용되고 있습니다.
