Please fill out some information about your use of the MHSCI.
The MHSCI is delivered using a Qualtrics survey tool. A link will be generated for you and you can send it to your students. There will be a single pre-test link for your students (By July 30th, and January 1st) and a single post-test link (By October 31st and April 30th). If the typical distribution link dates do not work with your semester please email: hseitz@jccc.edu for a different time. Please only use pre-test links for students that are new to the course and post test links at the end of the course. Please request a unique link for individual sections of students if you would like the data separated by section.
The students will go to the link online and complete the MHSCI, there are also a series of demographic questions that are optional.
No student names, institution names, or contact information will be requested from students.
For faculty who would like to match student data with results and would like to provide students with credit for participation, each student will be given a participation number. You must request that your students provide you with the participation number.
Faculty may request the student responses that will be organized by student participation number.
