Cadet of the Year

Cadet of the Year & Cadet of the Month is a yearly tradition where LET 1 cadets from each company compete against each other in an interview to represent themselves as first year cadets on their knowledge, personal skills, and showcase their motivation within JROTC. After these Cadet of the Months are chosen, they will proceed to a final interview to win the title of Cadet of the Year, announced during Awards Night.
