As a courtesy they are holding 20 Kings and 10 Rooms with 2 Queens for your guests. 

Rates are plus tax and fees per night.  Bellissimo has a nightly fee of $24.95 plus tax per night.   Additional upgraded rooms are also available within your block at discounted prices. 

Your guests are also welcome to call the hotel 860-535-0022 and mention the group name Manchester High or by group code 090624MAN as your group code is determined by your 1st arrival date within the block. 

Your guests should be encouraged to reserve by 8/20/24 to guarantee availability and your wedding rate structure. 

*Please understand that the hotel is extremely active on the weekends and if possible, group reservations should be made online or by calling during the week if possible.  

Shuttle service is offered Friday and Saturday from 5pm-1am weather permitting to Foxwoods.  Group shuttles of 6 or more guests at one time departing the hotel should be arranged in advance.   Shuttles will be offered first come first serve.  We coordinate special times for groups to avoid shuttle congestion to Foxwoods or Lake of Isles.  Please let me know as the date approaches what time would be best for your shuttles to and from Lake of Isles.
