About the MHPMA

MHPMA is comprised of owners, managers, and advocates of Mobile Home Parks (MHPs) in the United States.

We are one of the largest national organizations representing and advocating for mobile home park owners and managers. We assist our members in the operations of successful manufactured home communities in today’s complex business and regulatory environment.

The mission of the MHPMA is to promote, represent, preserve, and enhance the rights and interests of mobile home park owners throughout the United States. As a community owner or manager, we welcome your support and participation in our efforts to improve the business climate for the MHP community and we look forward to helping you protect and grow your business.

• 17 million people, in the United States, live in manufactured homes
• There are approximately 6.8 million manufactured homes in the U.S and 2.9 million of them (43%) are situated in land lease (privately owned) communities
