MHOC has a whole host of different parties and groupings that you are able to request membership of. Below is a list of the current parties and a bit about them.

Join a party!
Joining a party is a great way to get involved in MHOC. Parties provide a community normally surrounded by a common ideology or goal.
MHoC currently has 5 major parties and 2 minor parties, with numerous independent groupings and regional parties.
NOTE: Some regional parties are branches of a major or minor party. To join said regional party, you will have to first join the relevant major party.
Membership of any party is at the discretion of the Party Leadership.

There are numerous other routes than joining a current party.
Go independent! You can become an independent, which means that you won't be a member of any party.
Make a party! You can make a party or independent grouping. Please contact /r/MHOC or /r/MHOCQuad or contact the Speakership on discord for more information.
You can always change your mind at a later date if you're unsure.
