Overview

All applications of Dr. Mosab Hawarey are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using these educational applications. This app and all apps of Dr. Mosab Hawarey are the result of his individual effort; they are not official or endorsed applications by any government, ministry, or official entity whatsoever. No intellectual property rights are infringed in this app and all apps of Dr. Mosab Hawarey under any circumstances, and Dr. Mosab Hawarey does not claim intellectual property over any of the questions and answers found in the app, but he retains intellectual property over the app software and app design in the way it appears and is used by the user.

Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically

• The number of correct and incorrect answers is saved locally on the device during test solving (unit) or when pressing the break button so that the unit can be continued from where the break was taken, even if the app is closed

• If the app is closed without finishing the test (unit) and without pressing the (break) button, all progress made is lost, and nothing is saved on the device

• Upon completing the test (unit), the number of correct and incorrect answers is saved and displayed on the results page with the percentage, and is also shown in the results log. These results remain permanently in the results log even if the app is closed, and final deletion of all results and everything in the results log only occurs when the app is removed from the device. Therefore, if the user wishes to start from scratch without any saved results, they can uninstall the app from their device and then reinstall it

• All the mentioned saving operations are done locally on the user's device, and do not transfer to any other party whatsoever

Information We Do Not Collect

• No personal information is requested whatsoever: name, age, email, phone number, or any other information

• We do not access your contacts, personal files, microphone, or camera in any way

• We do not track your geographical location whatsoever

How We Use Information

Educational Purpose:

• Question bank extracted from the official approved curriculum, with four answers (multiple choice) for each question

• Each question and its four possible answers on an independent page

• Display test results and personal statistics at the end of the test and in the results log

• Track learning progress (from results log)

• Improve learning experience (ease of using the app on mobile phone anytime, anywhere)

Future App Improvement:

• Analyze technical errors, if they occur, to improve performance

• Understand how the app is used to develop new features

• Increase the quantity of questions so as not to leave any detail in the curriculum uncovered

• Change questions whenever the curriculum approved by the ministry is changed

Data Storage and Protection

Local Storage:

• All your results and progress in any test are saved locally on your device only upon completion of the test (unit) to appear in the results log, or when pressing break so the student can continue from where they stopped

• Your results are not sent to external servers or any other party whatsoever

• Uninstalling the app leads to deletion of all saved data

Security:

• Standard protection technologies are used to protect the app under the supervision and knowledge of Google

• No data is shared with third parties

Educational Content

Question Sources:

• All questions and answers are extracted from the official curriculum of the Ministry of Education in the concerned country or other scientific references (while adhering to the scientific extent in the curriculum)

• Content is educational for the grade level and subject mentioned in the app name, description, or icon

• Contains no offensive or inappropriate content whatsoever

Intellectual Property:

• Producing educational content as a school curriculum in a book is an effort undertaken by various Ministries of Education, but all aspects and details of science, knowledge, and information found in school curricula are taken from other scientific and knowledge sources and are not invented by any Ministry of Education, and no Ministry of Education owns any intellectual property over them, and no intellectual property rights are infringed in this app under any circumstances, and Dr. Mosab Hawarey does not claim intellectual property over any of the questions and answers found in the app, but he retains intellectual property over the app software and app design in the way it appears and is used by the user, as this software and design are exactly the product of Dr. Mosab Hawarey's ideas and nothing related to them was taken from any other party whatsoever

• The app uses content for educational purposes only and students can benefit fully and completely from it for free

Advertisements

• Advertisements are appropriate for age and educational content

• Your personal information will not be shared with advertising networks

• You will always be able to use the app fully and completely without the need to provide personal information and without paying any fees

User Rights

• Free use of the app without registration and without paying any fees

• Delete data at any time by uninstalling the app

• No tracking of activity outside the app (tracking from within the app is done by the user themselves, for the purpose of measuring their performance)

No Information Sharing

• We do not sell, share, or rent any information that automatically transfers to us from Google Store with other companies, advertisers, or third parties, as we do not collect any data about you whatsoever within the app

• Single exception: We may share anonymous data that does not relate to any specific user to improve the app, such as general usage statistics (e.g. Installation analytics, Number of crashes…etc)

Children and Minors

• Suitable for all ages, but each educational app will be dedicated to a specific subject or specific curriculum or specific program for students of a particular grade or specific program, so we see that each app addresses a specific segment of students

• We do not collect information in the app or when installing the app from anyone whatsoever, and general usage data is accessed only from the control interface within Google Store

• We may update this policy when adding new features

• Updates will be published on the app link in Google Store

• Continued use of the app means your agreement to the updates
