Muhammad Hamza Iftikhar reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Apps.
All content, materials, and features provided through the Apps, including software, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, images, interfaces, and other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to Muhammad Hamza Iftikhar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, or otherwise exploit any protected content or intellectual property made available through the Apps.
The Apps are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Apps will operate continuously, without interruption, errors, defects, delays, or security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Hamza Iftikhar disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, and suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Hamza Iftikhar shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Apps.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, income or revenue, business interruption, technical problems, application crashes, errors, inaccuracies, service interruptions, or reliance on information provided through the Apps.
If you are dissatisfied with the Apps or any portion of them, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Apps.
The Apps may contain links to, connect with, or integrate with third-party websites, applications, services, platforms, or technologies.
Muhammad Hamza Iftikhar does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, functionality, performance, privacy practices, or other activities of third-party services.
Any interaction or use of third-party services is undertaken at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.
We may revise, update, or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Apps, our services, applicable laws, or our business practices.
Any revised Terms will become effective when they are made available through the Apps or otherwise communicated to users.
