Getting to Cyprus: Travelers to the Republic of Cyprus may enter only through the legal points of entry: Larnaca and Paphos International Airports, or the Larnaca and Limassol ports. The closest airport to Nicosia is Larnaca International Airport.

Getting to Nicosia: Private taxis, service (group) taxis, car rentals and shuttles (see for example here) are available for transport to Nicosia.
Getting to the UCY campus: Within Nicosia there is public transportation and private taxis that you can use to get to the University of Cyprus. If you plan to rent a car, there are plenty of parking lots available in the campus free of charge.

Participants should make their own lodging arrangements. We recommend arriving August 30 and departing September 02 afternoon.
