Learning can be a spiritual practice. This class is "choose your own level for homework." Nobody is grading you. You are responsible for what you get from the experience and what you contribute to class.
At minimum we suggest you review the class slides and see if any of the suggested bonus links resonate for you. You can also explore an activity of your own choosing for your personal spiritual practice during the month. The Tree of Contemplative Practices may help you pick one.
If you are local, you are welcome to visit the First Unitarian Church of Orlando labyrinth in the center of campus during daylight hours and walk it for a moving meditation practice. If you live further away, your can visit here to print a finger labyrinth.
CUUPS chapter leaders can teach lessons from this page or download the Google Slides to adjust for your chapter needs.
