1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the above-named Android application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Description of the App

The App provides offline tools and utilities, including GPS coordinate calculations and related location-based computations. The App performs calculations locally on your device and may use your device’s location services. The App is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. No Professional or Safety-Critical Use

The App is NOT intended for Aviation, maritime, or navigation safety; Emergency response; Military use; Life-critical or safety-critical operations; Professional surveying or certified geospatial work; or any activity where inaccurate data could result in injury, death, or property damage. You agree that you will not use the App for any such purposes. Use of the App in such contexts is strictly at your own risk.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

GPS readings, coordinate data, and calculated results may contain inaccuracies due to, including but not limited to Device hardware limitations; Satellite signal obstruction or degradation; Environmental conditions; Software defects or bugs; Mathematical rounding or computational limitations; or incorrect or incomplete user input. The Author makes NO warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any results generated by the App. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before relying upon it.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that GPS and coordinate data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; calculations may contain errors; and the App may contain defects or bugs. You assume all risks associated with your use of the App and any decisions or actions taken based on its output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to errors or inaccuracies in GPS data; errors in calculations; loss of data; personal injury; death; property damage; business interruption; loss of profits; or reliance on information generated by the App. Under no circumstances shall the Author be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, act of God, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the use of the App. This limitation applies even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose; non-infringement; or accuracy or reliability. The Author does not warrant that the App will be error-free, will function without interruption, or that defects will be corrected.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws; exercise independent judgment when relying on App output; take appropriate safety precautions; and not misuse the App in any unlawful or negligent manner.

9. Location Services

The App may request access to your device’s location services. GPS accuracy depends on hardware, satellite availability, and environmental factors. You may disable location services through your device settings, but certain features may not function properly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Author from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App; your reliance on App output; or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

The Author reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia/USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
