In May 2022 the Grognot lab was created at RWTH Aachen, in Germany.
Our research is oriented towards the biophysics of host-microbe interactions, through the lens of bacterial motility and chemotaxis. It is in essence a continuation of my postdoctoral work in the Taute Lab (Harvard University, USA), quantifying bacterial navigation but now further oriented towards its role in human health and disease.
