ABOUT ME
I'm a native New Yorker based on Long Island after spending a decade in Colorado. I enjoy all things outdoors, including running, cycling and kayaking.
I'm a graduate of Hofstra University and have an MBA from the University of Colorado.
I've led teams in both small social media and large creative agency environments and most recently have built a consultancy offering.
I also volunteer on the Board of a Non-Profit, where I run all marketing initiatives for the Brightwaters Historical Society.
AD AGENCY / CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE
I began my marketing career at J.D. Power, which created one of the first social listening market research firms.
I led insights and analytics teams at social/digital-first agencies We Are Social and VaynerMedia, where I used data and intelligence to inform creative ideas and media execution. I also oversaw all reporting and analytics, completing the feedback loop to optimize messaging.
I later brought my social expertise to the traditional creative agency, Grey New York, ensuring all 'Famously Effective' ad campaigns were grounded in data and aligned with client's business KPIs.
Partnering with brilliant creative and media counterparts, the output of my insights and strategy work has been recognized by industry awards such as Cannes Lions, Effies and One Show.
OTHER EXPERIENCE
Prior to my marketing career, I cut my teeth in the culinary world, where I was a classically trained chef, studying at the French Culinary Institute in Soho. I later worked in four star/diamond kitchens, such as the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colorado. This developed my client management skills and taught me how to thrive under pressure.
