Martin Gregor
Welcome to my academic homepage.
I am a microeconomist interested in corporations and organizations, working on topics in corporate finance, organizational economics, political finance, and accounting and economics. To exaggerate a bit, I specialize in producing academic "crossovers" across economics, finance, accounting, management science, and political science.
My papers have been cited, among others, in top journals in Finance (Review of Financial Studies), Management (Management Science), Accounting (Journal of Accounting Research), and Political Science (Americal Political Science Review).
I am also an experienced administrator. Over the last 14 years, I served as Director at the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University. Under my leadership, Charles University climbed global rankings in Economics up to the consistent top 150.
I work primarily on applied theory. Recently, I contributed to the Management Science Reproducibility Collaboration.
