For this project, I was ask to do research on technology within a certain country. My country of choice was Australia! After doing the research, I then had to partner up with a classmate and we put together a comparison PowerPoint presentation between our countries of choice, Australia and New Zealand

Interesting Facts about New Zealand

Some interesting facts that I learned about New Zealand from this project are some of the languages they use. The main one that I was intrigued by was there version of sign language. Another fact that I learned was they have about 1/5 the population compared to Australia.

Some facts that I learned about Australia are their rapid advancement in technology in recent years. The pandemic in 2020 really pushed Australia to be on top of their technology across the board. Another fact is how many people still don't have certain digital services. Roughly 2.8 million people.

Lessons that I learned while doing this project. First, with the advancement of technology, it is always possible to find ways to collaborate with people on an assignment or project. Second, understanding how to interpret information from the internet is a vital part of today's world. Last, things like the pandemic can really push a whole country to advance their technology usage at unbelievable rates.
