We'll also study press theories and normative perspectives. Finally, we'll analyze emerging trends in journalism, interdisciplinary relationships with mass communication, the role of mass media in modern society and democracy, and the importance of mass media in shaping public discourse.
HISTORY OF INDIAN JOURNALISM:
This subject covers the history of Indian journalism, including the evolution of print media, types of newspapers and magazines, early communication systems, the role of journalism in the Indian freedom movement, and the development of journalism in Hindi and other languages post-independence.
