As part of MGEUβs Mission 8, the International-Standard Animal Hospital Project was launched in 2022 through a transformative partnership between MGEU and a prominent national veterinary companies in Punjab, Pakistan, with technical guidance from international veterinary experts from the USA, Canada, and Pakistan.
The hospital was established with a singular vision: to provide world-class veterinary services for pets, livestock, and working animalsβensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, promoting animal welfare, and aligning Pakistanβs veterinary care system with global standards.
Now fully operational, the facility stands as one of the most advanced animal hospitals in Pakistan, delivering a wide range of specialized, ethical, and compassionate animal health servicesβmaking it a model of excellence in veterinary medicine.

Under Mission 8: Advancing Global Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Economic Innovation
Under the global leadership of the MGEU, the Livestock and Agriculture Project (2023β2025) was launched as a pioneering initiative to transform rural agro-livestock capacity into a self-sustaining, internationally benchmarked, and economically impactful enterprise.
This comprehensive, multi-sectoral project was executed in partnership with a national company and aimed at establishing a full-scale agricultural and livestock ecosystem from inception to operational excellence. It combined innovation, infrastructure, sustainability, and technical expertise to achieve long-term food security, economic upliftment, and enhanced veterinary services.
The project was successfully led by Dr. Muhammad Miraj Saleem, who officially assumed leadership after the full project documentation was completed in 2024. His unwavering commitment, technical acumen, and tireless dedication were instrumental in achieving all deliverables and establishing a model of national pride and global relevance.

2. Establishment of Two International-Standard Veterinary Hospitals
State-of-the-art facilities equipped with diagnostics, surgery units, critical care, outpatient departments, and mobile veterinary services.
Staffed by experienced veterinarians, providing best-in-class animal health care, vaccination programs, and rural outreach.
Functioning as centers for training, research, and community support.
3. Broiler Poultry Farm β 10,000 Birds Capacity (Fully Automated)
Advanced, climate-controlled units with automated feeding, lighting, and health monitoring.
Successfully completed six high-performance flocks, proving operational sustainability and high production yield.
Contributes significantly to the protein supply chain and local employment generation.
4. Layer Poultry Farm β 100,000 Eggs/Day Production
High-efficiency laying facility contributing to national nutritional needs and commercial egg supply.
Fully equipped with automated egg collection, grading, and packaging systems.
Designed to meet biosecurity, hygiene, and welfare standards.
5. Livestock Fattening Farm β 400 Animals
Capacity: 200 large ruminants, 100 ovines (sheep), and 100 caprines (goats)
Focused on rapid weight gain, balanced nutrition, and disease control to supply quality meat to the local market.
Operates under scientifically optimized fattening protocols.
6. Sheep and Goat Breeding Unit β 200 Head Herd
Established a structured breeding and development program for genetic improvement, herd expansion, and sustainable production.
Functions as a nucleus herd for regional development and breed preservation.
7. Dairy Farm β 200 Milking Animals (100 Cows & 100 Buffaloes)
Developed to support both milk production and genetic improvement.
Integrated with milking parlors, fodder units, and animal healthcare services.
Supplies clean, high-quality dairy products to local markets and institutions.
8. Mini Feed Manufacturing Unit
Established an in-house feed production factory to ensure high-quality and cost-effective nutrition for all livestock sectors.
Reduces dependency on external markets, ensuring biosecurity and consistency in supply.
9. Agricultural Development β 50 Acres of Cultivated Land
30 Acres: Dedicated to producing green fodder and silage to support the feed needs of the livestock units.
20 Acres: Cultivated for rotational cropping including sugarcane, rice, wheat, and other high-yield cropsβensuring four seasonal harvests annually.
Fully mechanized and irrigated to maximize productivity and sustainability.
Dr. Muhammad Miraj Saleem took over the leadership of the project in 2024 after the documentation and initial structuring phase. Through strategic oversight, rigorous planning, and unwavering day-and-night dedication, he transformed the project into a model of excellence. Under his direction, the initiative not only met but exceeded its targets, becoming one of the most successful and fast-tracked implementations in the region.
This project now stands as a national asset and a global reference point for integrated agro-livestock development. Its success exemplifies MGEUβs commitment to entrepreneurship, food security, veterinary advancement, and economic innovation under Mission 8.
