Overall Review

Though I cannot find a full document of 'Mga Ibong Mandaragit' I have read its summaries on the internet where the story depicts the nature of human and society where there is the greed for power. And the inferiority of someone makes you want to shut up and close your mouth. This book allows me to take deeper in the nature of society where what they care is the power and inferiority they hold against other people. As for Mando who takes the money of Simeon for himself for he is threatened by Martin, his colleague, but turned out that Martin is the one who died. He use the money he took to build a newspaper called 'Kampilan'. He then fly to another country and met Dolly Montero, the daughter of Don Segundo who is the leader of smugglers. As Mando knew that Don Segundo is the leader, together with the 'kampilan' and a radio station he dig deeper into their holes (dirty deeds) and he did not stop until Don Segundo got imprisoned. In the last part you will see the dedication of Mando to bring down people with bad deeds in the society. This book is really helpful in opening the eye of people about the wrong doings of inferior people.
