Unfortunately, I can no longer attend MFYC. How can I request a refund for my registration?
We're sorry to hear you aren't able to attend MFYC! It is encouraged to first find a colleague from your institution to attend in your place. If someone cannot attend in your place, please request a refund through your Eventbrite registration confirmation email, or email mfycplanning@gmail.com. The deadline to request a refund is Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please note that attendees requesting a refund are responsible for absorbing a processing fee of approximately $10.
Is conference parking free?
Yes! Conference parking at Waubonsee Community College is free. Parking lot information will be communicated to attendees a few days prior to the conference.
Are meals provided at the conference?
A continental breakfast and buffet lunch are included in the cost of registration. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora - Naperville conference hotel also provides a free continental breakfast. Attendees may indicate any dietary restrictions when registering for the conference.
How can I request accommodations?
You are welcome to list any mobility or learning accommodations, dietary restrictions, and any additional comments in the registration form to make your conference experience comfortable. You may also email mfycplanning@gmail.com to share further information.

What conference details do I need to know before attending?
All registered attendees will receive communication to the email listed in the registration form, outlining day-of conference details, arrival and parking information, and other helpful information.
