กฎระเบียบการใช้ห้อง MEDI Co-Working Space

1.เป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายธุรกิจ และการคิดหาไอเดียสร้างสรรค์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ของนักศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการ

2. ผู้เข้าใช้บริการ ต้องสมัครเป็นสมาชิกแล้วเท่านั้น

3. สามารถจองห้องประชุมล่วงหน้าได้ไม่เกิน 3 วัน กรณีมีห้องว่างและไม่มีการจอง สามารถเข้าใช้ได้ทันที โดยแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่รับทราบ

4. จำนวนผู้ขอใช้บริการห้อง

4.1 ห้อง MEETING ROOM 01 (ห้องประชุม) ผู้ใช้บริการจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 8 คน

4.2 ห้อง MEETING ROOM 02 ,MEETING ROOM 03,PLAYGROUND ผู้ใช้บริการจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 6 คน

5. ภายในห้อง MI 306 ประกอบไปด้วยห้อง MEETING ROOM 02 ,MEETING ROOM 03,PLAYGROUND ,มีระยะเวลาการใช้งาน โดย หนึ่งสิทธิ สามารถใช้งานได้ไม่เกิน 2 ชั่วโมง

6. หากไม่สามารถเข้าใช้ได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด จะต้องแจ้งยกเลิกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 นาที หากไม่แจ้งยกเลิกล่วงหน้าเกิน 2 ครั้ง เจ้าหน้าที่ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการในครั้งถัดไป

7. เจ้าหน้าที่มีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการจองห้องหากมีเหตุจำเป็น โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ก่อน 1 วัน

8. ห้ามส่งเสียงดังรบกวนผู้อื่น

9. จัดเก็บโต๊ะ เก้าอี้และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้ทันทีหลังจากใช้งานเสร็จ

10. ห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายหรือนำอุปกรณ์ทุกชนิดออกจากพื้นที่ ก่อนได้รับอนุญาต

11. โปรดรักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทุกครั้งหลังจากเลิกใช้งาน

12. หากอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องเกิดความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากการดัดแปลง สับเปลี่ยน ถอด ใช้งานผิดประเภท หรือเกิดจากความประมาท เลินเล่อ ผู้ใช้จะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ

13. โปรดรักษาหากทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวหากสูญหาย เจ้าหน้าที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี

14. ในกรณีที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของการใช้ห้อง จะถูกระงับสิทธิเป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน นับจากการใช้ห้อง 90 วัน

15. หากการกระทำใด ๆ ที่ไม่เหมาะสม ละเมิดต่อกฎหมายหรือผิดต่อศีลธรรม จะถูกระงับสิทธิการใช้ห้องทันที

3. Meeting rooms can be reserved up to 3 days in advance in case there are vacant rooms and no reservations. can be accessed immediately by notifying the authorities

4. Number of people requesting to use the room service

MEETING ROOM 01 (meeting room) not less than 8 users

MEETING ROOM 02 ,MEETING ROOM 03, PLAYGROUND At least 6 users

5. Inside MI 306 room consists of MEETING ROOM 02, MEETING ROOM 03, PLAYGROUND, There is a period of use. One right can be used for no more than 2 hours.

6. If unable to access the specified time Must notify cancellation at least 30 minutes in advance. If canceling more than 2 times in advance, the staff reserves the right to provide the next service.

7. The staff has the right to cancel the room reservation if necessary. which will be notified 1 day in advance

8. Do not make loud noises to disturb others.

9. Store tables, chairs and equipment in a ready-to-use condition immediately after use.

10. Do not move or remove any equipment from the area. before permission

11. Please keep the area clean after every use.

12. If the equipment in the room is damaged due to modification, swapping, disassembly, misuse or caused by negligence, the user will be responsible.

13. Please take care of personal belongings if lost. The staff will not be responsible in any case.

14. In case of non-compliance with the rules for using the room Will be suspended for a period of 3 months after 90 days of room use.

15. If any action is inappropriate violate the law or be immoral the right to use the room will be suspended immediately.
