# سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيقات mfk4apps

# تحديث خصوصية خاص بتطبيق «أنا مسلم»

**تاريخ التحديث: 24 أكتوبر 2026**

ينطبق هذا التحديث على تطبيق «أنا مسلم» (`com.mfk4apps.muslimhouse`) من الإصدار 2.4.5.8. وهو جزء من سياسة خصوصية mfk4apps المنشورة في هذه الصفحة، وتُقدَّم أحكامه عند تعارضها مع الوصف العام في الصفحة. ولا يغيّر وصف التطبيقات الأخرى أو يدّعي تغيير سلوكها.

## الموقع واسم المدينة

تُحسب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة على الجهاز. وللبحث عن مدينة أو إظهار اسم المكان، قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمة تحويل العناوين في Android ‏(Geocoder)، وقد تتصل هذه الخدمة بالإنترنت وترسل نص البحث أو الإحداثيات إلى مزوّدها، بحسب الجهاز. وقد يُعاد طلب اسم المكان عند فتح صفحة المواقيت باستخدام الموقع المحفوظ. يمكنك اختيار المدينة بالبحث بدلًا من استخدام موقع الجهاز. لذلك لا ينطبق على هذه الطلبات الوصف العام بأن الموقع لا يغادر الجهاز مطلقًا.

## Firebase Analytics

نستخدم Firebase Analytics لقياس استخدام التطبيق وتحسينه، بما يشمل أحداث الاستخدام ومعلومات الجهاز والتثبيت. يستخدم التطبيق وضع الموافقة المتقدّم من Google. ويبدأ إعدادا التخزين لأغراض التحليلات والإعلانات بحالة الرفض قبل رد أداة الموافقة، ثم تُطبَّق إعدادات الموافقة وفق المنطقة ونتيجة الأداة.

في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا، تُطبَّق اختيارات نموذج Google. وقبل الموافقة أو عند رفضها، قد تستمر إشارات قياس محدودة؛ ورفض إعدادات التخزين لا يعني انعدام كل تخزين محلي أو كل إرسال من مكتبات Firebase، وقد تتضمن الإشارات معرّفات تثبيت. في المناطق الأخرى، قد يسمح التطبيق بالتخزين بعد تأكيد أداة Google أن الموافقة الإقليمية لا تنطبق. اختيار «عدم البيع أو المشاركة» في رسالة الولايات الأمريكية تتعامل معه خدمات Google الإعلانية، ولا يوقف وحده تخزين Firebase Analytics في هذا الإصدار.

إعداد الاحتفاظ الحالي في Analytics هو **شهران لبيانات الأحداث و14 شهرًا لبيانات مستوى المستخدم**. وخيار إعادة بدء مدة الاحتفاظ عند النشاط الجديد مفعّل لبيانات مستوى المستخدم فقط. ولا تنطبق هذه المدد على التقارير الإحصائية المجمّعة.

## Firebase Crashlytics

تتضمن تقارير الأعطال تفاصيل الخطأ ومعلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ومعرّفات التثبيت. نعالجها لمعرفة أسباب الأعطال وإصلاحها من خلال Google، وقد تُنقل وتُخزّن خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة.

في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا، وكذلك عند تعذّر التحقق من انطباق متطلبات الموافقة، لا يُسمح بإرسال التقارير إلا بعد موافقتك داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك من **الإعدادات ← تقارير الأعطال**. يعتمد هذا الإرسال على موافقتك، ولا ينطبق عليه وصف الصفحة العام الذي يضع تقارير الأعطال تحت «المصلحة المشروعة». وفي الحالات الأخرى قد يُسمح بالإرسال تلقائيًا بعد تحقق التطبيق من الشروط المناسبة؛ ولا يُتجاوز اختيار رفض محفوظ بهذه القاعدة.

قد تُحفظ التقارير محليًا قبل السماح بإرسالها. وإذا وافقت لاحقًا، فقد تشمل موافقتك تقارير سبق حفظها، بما فيها تقارير من فترة رفض سابقة. وبعد الرفض لا يُسلَّم تقرير جديد للإرسال، مع احتمال وصول تقرير سُلِّم قبل الرفض. ويحاول التطبيق حذف التقارير المحلية قدر الإمكان، دون ضمان حذف كل تقرير. وتحتفظ Google ببيانات Crashlytics والمعرّفات المرتبطة بها لمدة 90 يومًا قبل بدء عملية إزالتها من الأنظمة الحية والنسخ الاحتياطية.

# Privacy update for “Ana Muslim”

**Updated: 24 October 2026**

This update applies to “Ana Muslim” (`com.mfk4apps.muslimhouse`) from version 2.4.5.8. It forms part of the mfk4apps privacy policy on this page and takes precedence where it conflicts with the page's general description. It does not change the description or behaviour of the other apps.

## Location and place names

Prayer times and the Qibla direction are calculated on the device. To search for a city or display a place name, the app may use Android's Geocoder service. Depending on the device, that service may use the internet and transmit the search text or coordinates to its provider. The app may request the place name again when the prayer-times page opens, using the saved location. You can search for a city instead of using the device's location. The general statement that location never leaves the device therefore does not apply to these requests.

## Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to measure app use and improve the app, including usage events and device and installation information. The app uses Google's advanced consent mode. Its analytics-storage and advertising-storage settings initially default to denied before the consent tool responds, and consent settings are then applied according to the region and the tool's result.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, choices from Google's consent form are applied. Limited measurement signals may continue before consent or when consent is denied. Denying storage settings does not mean that Firebase libraries perform no local storage or send no data; signals may include installation identifiers. Elsewhere, the app may allow storage after Google's tool confirms that regional consent does not apply. Google's advertising services handle the US states message's “Do not sell or share” choice; that choice alone does not disable Firebase Analytics storage in this version.

The current Analytics retention settings are **two months for event-level data and 14 months for user-level data**. Resetting retention upon new activity is enabled for user-level data only. These periods do not apply to aggregate statistical reports.

## Firebase Crashlytics

Crash reports include error details, device and operating-system information, and installation identifiers. We use Google to process them to diagnose and fix crashes. They may be transferred and stored outside your country, including in the United States.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and when the app cannot determine whether consent requirements apply, reports are not admitted for sending until you consent within the app. You can change your choice in **Settings → Crash reports**. This sending relies on your consent; the page's general “legitimate interests” description of crash reporting does not apply to it. In other circumstances, sending may be allowed automatically after the app checks the relevant conditions; this rule does not override a saved refusal.

Reports may be saved locally before sending is allowed. If you later consent, that consent may cover previously saved reports, including reports from an earlier period of refusal. After refusal, no new report is handed over for sending, but a report handed over earlier may still arrive. The app attempts to delete local reports on a best-effort basis without guaranteeing deletion of every report. Google retains Crashlytics data and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.

## 2. البيانات التى قد تجمعها تطبيقاتنا

### 2.1 بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً عند استخدام التطبيق:

- **معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID):** تستخدمه شبكة AdMob لعرض الإعلانات.

- **عنوان IP:** يُستخدم بواسطة AdMob لتحديد المنطقة الجغرافية للإعلانات.

- **معلومات الجهاز:** نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، اللغة،

  المنطقة الزمنية.

- **بيانات الاستخدام:** الشاشات التى يزورها المستخدم، أحداث التطبيق

  (عبر Firebase Analytics).

- **تقارير الأعطال:** فى حال حدوث خطأ تقنى، تُجمع بيانات تشخيصية

  (عبر Firebase Crashlytics).

- **رمز الإشعارات (FCM Token):** لإرسال الإشعارات (عبر Firebase Cloud

  Messaging).

- **بيانات الرسائل داخل التطبيق:** عبر Firebase In-App Messaging.

### 2.2 بيانات قد يتعامل معها التطبيق محلياً (لا تُرسَل لأى خادم):

- **الموقع الجغرافى:** تستخدمه بعض تطبيقاتنا (مثل "أنا مسلم") لحساب

  مواقيت الصلاة وتحديد اتجاه القبلة محلياً على جهازك دون إرساله لأى خادم.

- **محتوى المستخدم:** المفضلات، التقدّم فى الحفظ، سجل الاستماع، الأذكار،

  تقدّم الألعاب، الإعدادات الشخصية — كلها تُحفَظ محلياً على جهازك ولا تُرفَع

  لأى خادم.

### 2.3 بيانات لا تجمعها تطبيقاتنا:

لا نجمع: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكترونى، رقم الحساب البنكى،

البيانات الصحية، الصور أو الفيديوهات الشخصية، جهات الاتصال، أحداث

التقويم، أو أى بيانات شخصية حساسة. لا تطلب تطبيقاتنا إنشاء حساب.

## 3. الأذونات (تختلف من تطبيق لآخر)

تختلف الأذونات المطلوبة حسب وظائف كل تطبيق. الأذونات الشائعة فى

تطبيقاتنا:

- **الموقع (Fine/Coarse Location):** للتطبيقات الدينية فقط — لحساب مواقيت

  الصلاة + اتجاه القبلة محلياً.

- **الإنترنت + حالة الشبكة:** عرض الإعلانات وتنزيل المحتوى.

- **الإشعارات + الاهتزاز:** للتنبيهات المختلفة (أوقات الصلاة فى التطبيقات

  الدينية، إشعارات عامة فى الأخرى).

- **التشغيل عند الإقلاع (Boot Completed):** إعادة جدولة التنبيهات بعد

  إعادة التشغيل.

- **الإنذار الدقيق (Schedule Exact Alarm):** ضمان دقة التنبيهات.

- **تجاهل تحسين البطارية:** ضمان عمل الإشعارات بشكل موثوق.

- **خدمة فى المقدمة (Foreground Service):** لتشغيل الصوتيات فى الخلفية

  (للتطبيقات التى تتضمن مشغّل صوت).

- **النوافذ المنبثقة (System Alert Window):** لعرض المُشغّل العائم.

كل تطبيق يطلب فقط الأذونات الضرورية لوظائفه.

نُعالج بياناتك بناءً على:

  تقارير الأعطال، وتحسين أداء التطبيق.

- **الحق فى الحذف ("الحق فى النسيان"):** يمكنك ممارسته عبر الزر داخل

  التطبيق إذا كان متاحاً (انظر القسم 11)، أو عبر مراسلتنا.

- **الحق فى تقييد المعالجة.**

- **الحق فى نقل البيانات.**

- **الحق فى الاعتراض على المعالجة.**

- **الحق فى سحب الموافقة:** فى أى وقت من زر "إعدادات الخصوصية" داخل

  التطبيق.

## 7. حقوقك تحت CCPA / CPRA (للمستخدمين فى ولاية كاليفورنيا)

  (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

- **الحق فى عدم التمييز:** لن نُميّزك بسبب ممارستك لحقوقك.

## 8. خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA)

كل تطبيقاتنا موجَّهة لمن أعمارهم **13 سنة فأكثر**. لا نجمع عمداً معلومات

من الأطفال دون 13 عاماً. إذا اكتشفنا أن طفلاً قدّم معلومات، سنحذفها

فوراً. لو كنت ولى أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قدّم معلومات، راسلنا على

mfk4apps@gmail.com.

## 9. النقل الدولى للبيانات

البيانات التى تجمعها خدمات Google (AdMob, Firebase) قد تُنقَل وتُعالَج

فى خوادم خارج بلدك، بما فى ذلك الولايات المتحدة. هذه التحويلات تتم

وفقاً للضمانات المنصوص عليها فى سياسات Google واتفاقيات الشروط

التعاقدية القياسية (Standard Contractual Clauses).

## 10. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

- **بيانات Firebase Analytics:** 14 شهراً (الإعداد الافتراضى من Google).

- **بيانات Crashlytics:** 90 يوماً للأعطال الفردية.

- **بيانات AdMob:** حسب سياسات Google.

- **البيانات المحلية على الجهاز:** تبقى حتى تحذفها أنت أو تحذف التطبيق.

## 11. حذف بياناتك

تتوفّر طريقتان لحذف بياناتك:

### الطريقة الأولى — الزر داخل التطبيق (الأسرع والأشمل) ⚡

بعض تطبيقاتنا توفّر زر "حذف بياناتى | Delete My Data" فى صفحة "إدعمنى"

أو فى الإعدادات. عند الضغط:

1. اقرأ التحذيرات بعناية، ثم أكّد بكتابة كلمة "حذف" أو "delete"

2. سيتم تلقائياً:

   - فتح بريد إلكترونى لإرسال طلب حذف بياناتك من خوادم Firebase

   - مسح كل بياناتك المحلية على جهازك

   - إغلاق التطبيق فوراً

3. عند فتح التطبيق فى المرة القادمة، سيكون كأنه تثبيت جديد تماماً.

### الطريقة الثانية — يدوياً (لكل التطبيقات)

- **البيانات المحلية:** تُحذف عند حذف التطبيق من جهازك.

- **معرّف الإعلانات:** يمكنك إعادة تعيينه من إعدادات Android

  (Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID).

- **طلب حذف عبر البريد:** راسلنا على mfk4apps@gmail.com مع ذكر اسم

  التطبيق المعنى.

### مدة معالجة الطلب

نُعالج طلبات حذف بيانات Firebase خلال **30 يوماً كحدّ أقصى** وفقاً

لـ GDPR Art. 12 و CCPA. البيانات المحلية تُمسح فوراً عند تأكيد الحذف

عبر الزر داخل التطبيق.

## 12. أمان البيانات

نستخدم وسائل أمان معقولة لحماية البيانات. كل البيانات التى تُنقَل بين

تطبيقاتنا وخوادم Google/Firebase تُشفَّر باستخدام HTTPS/TLS. ومع ذلك،

لا توجد طريقة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%، فلا يمكننا ضمان

الأمان المطلق.

## 13. تعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. أى تعديلات جوهرية ستُنشَر على هذه

الصفحة مع تحديث "تاريخ آخر تحديث" أعلاه. ننصحك بمراجعة السياسة

بشكل دورى.

# Privacy Policy — mfk4apps Apps

## 1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all apps published on Google Play under the

developer account "mfk4apps", including but not limited to "Ana

Muslim" (أنا مسلم), "way2jana", and all other apps from the same

developer (any of which is referred to in this policy as "the App").

## 2. Information Our Apps May Collect

### 2.1 Automatically collected when you use the App:

- **Advertising ID:** Used by AdMob to serve ads.

- **IP Address:** Used by AdMob for geographic ad targeting.

- **Device Information:** Device model, OS version, app version,

  language, time zone.

- **Usage Data:** Screens visited, in-app events (via Firebase

  Analytics).

- **Crash Reports:** Diagnostic data when errors occur (via Firebase

  Crashlytics).

- **Notification Token (FCM Token):** For push notifications (via

  Firebase Cloud Messaging).

- **In-App Messaging Data:** Via Firebase In-App Messaging.

### 2.2 Data processed locally (NOT sent to any server):

- **Location:** Some of our apps (such as "Ana Muslim") use location

  to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction locally on your device,

  without sending it to any server.

- **User Content:** Favorites, memorization progress, listening history,

  Adhkar, game progress, personal settings — all stored locally on

  your device and never uploaded.

### 2.3 Data we do NOT collect:

We do not collect: name, phone number, email address, bank details,

health data, personal photos or videos, contacts, calendar events, or

any sensitive personal information. Our apps do not require account

creation.

## 3. Permissions (Vary by App)

Permissions requested vary depending on each app's functionality.

Common permissions across our apps:

- **Location (Fine/Coarse):** For religious apps only — prayer times

  + Qibla direction calculated locally.

- **Internet + Network State:** Display ads and download content.

- **Notifications + Vibrate:** For various alerts (prayer times in

  religious apps, general notifications in others).

- **Receive Boot Completed:** Reschedule alarms after device restart.

- **Schedule Exact Alarm:** Ensure alert accuracy.

- **Ignore Battery Optimization:** Ensure reliable notifications.

- **Foreground Service:** For background audio playback (in apps

  with audio players).

- **System Alert Window:** Display floating audio player.

Each app requests only the permissions necessary for its functionality.

We process your data based on:

- **Consent:** When you accept personalized ads via the UMP form.

- **Legitimate Interest:** For non-personalized ads, crash reporting,

  and app performance.

## 6. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU and UK Users)

- **Right to access:** Know what data we hold about you.

- **Right to rectification:** Correct your data.

- **Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"):** You can exercise

  this right via the in-app button if available (see Section 11),

  or by contacting us.

- **Right to restrict processing.**

- **Right to data portability.**

- **Right to object to processing.**

- **Right to withdraw consent:** Anytime via the "Privacy Settings"

  button in the App.

- **Right to lodge a complaint:** With your local supervisory authority.

## 7. Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA (California Users)

- **Right to Know:** What data we collect and how we use it.

- **Right to Delete:** Via the in-app button (if available) or email.

- **Right to Correct:** Correct your data.

- **Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing:** Via the "Privacy Settings"

  button in the App (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

- **Right to Non-Discrimination:** We will not discriminate against

  you for exercising your rights.

## 8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

All our apps are intended for users aged **13 and older**. We do not

knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover

that a child has provided information, we will delete it immediately.

## 9. International Data Transfers

Data collected by Google services (AdMob, Firebase) may be transferred

to and processed on servers outside your country, including the United

States. These transfers occur in accordance with Google's policies and

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

## 10. Data Retention

- **Firebase Analytics data:** 14 months (Google default).

- **Crashlytics data:** 90 days for individual crashes.

- **AdMob data:** Per Google's policies.

- **Local data on your device:** Remains until you delete it or

  uninstall the App.

## 11. Deleting Your Data

Two methods are available to delete your data:

### Method 1 — In-App Button (Fastest & Most Comprehensive) ⚡

Some of our apps provide a "حذف بياناتى | Delete My Data" button on

the "Support Me" page or in Settings. When pressed:

1. Read warnings carefully, then confirm by typing "delete" or "حذف"

2. The following will happen automatically:

   - Email app opens to send a request to delete your Firebase data

   - All your local data on the device is erased

   - The app closes immediately

3. Next time you open the app, it will be like a fresh install.

### Method 2 — Manual (For All Apps)

- **Local data:** Deleted when you uninstall the app.

- **Advertising ID:** You can reset it from Android Settings

  (Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID).

- **Email request:** Contact us at mfk4apps@gmail.com mentioning

  the specific app name.

### Processing Time

We process Firebase data deletion requests within **30 days maximum**

in accordance with GDPR Art. 12 and CCPA. Local data is erased

immediately upon confirmation via the in-app button.

## 12. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect data. All data

transmitted between our apps and Google/Firebase servers is encrypted

using HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet

is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes

ينطبق هذا التحديث على إصدار تطبيق «ماذا تعرف عن الله» (`com.mfk4apps.who_is_allah`) الذي يتضمن «خيارات تقارير الأعطال» داخل مدخل الخصوصية، بعد إتاحته للمستخدمين. الإصدارات السابقة لا تتضمن هذه الآلية. وهو جزء من سياسة خصوصية mfk4apps في هذه الصفحة، وتُقدَّم أحكامه عند تعارضها مع الوصف العام الخاص بهذا التطبيق. لا يغيّر هذا التحديث وصف «أنا مسلم» أو التطبيقات الأخرى.

## الإعلانات واختياراتك

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات بانر وإعلانات بينية باستخدام Google AdMob، ولا يعرض إعلانات بمكافأة في هذا الإصدار. قد تجمع مكتبة الإعلانات وتشارك مع Google عنوان الإنترنت IP، الذي قد يُستخدم لتقدير الموقع التقريبي، ومعرّفات الجهاز أو الإعلانات، وتفاعلات الاستخدام، ومعلومات التشخيص، لأغراض الإعلانات والتحليلات ومنع الاحتيال.

## Firebase Analytics

# Privacy update for “What do you know about Allah?”

**Updated: 24 October 2026**

This update applies to the version of “What do you know about Allah?” (`com.mfk4apps.who_is_allah`) that includes “Crash report options” in its privacy entry, once that version is available to users. Earlier versions do not include this mechanism. It forms part of the mfk4apps privacy policy on this page and takes precedence over conflicting general descriptions of this app. It does not change the description of Ana Muslim or the other apps.

## Advertising and your choices

The app displays banner and interstitial ads using Google AdMob. This version does not display rewarded ads. The ads library may collect and share with Google an IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, usage interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

The app uses Google's consent tool where applicable. You can revisit advertising choices using the consent-options button when available. This version does not ask your age or introduce an age screen.

## Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the app, including usage events and device and installation information. The app uses Google's advanced consent mode. Its default analytics-storage and advertising-storage settings are denied; consent settings are then applied according to the region and Google's consent-tool result.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, choices from Google's consent form are applied. Limited measurement signals may continue before consent or when consent is denied. Denying storage settings does not mean that Firebase libraries perform no local storage or send no data; signals may include installation identifiers. Elsewhere, storage may be allowed after the tool confirms that regional consent does not apply. Google's advertising services handle the US states message's “Do not sell or share” choice; that choice alone does not disable Firebase Analytics storage in this version.

The retention settings confirmed by the developer are **two months for event-level data and 14 months for user-level data**. Resetting retention upon new activity is enabled for user-level data only. These periods do not apply to aggregate statistical reports.

## Firebase Crashlytics

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix crashes. Reports include error details, device and operating-system information, and Crashlytics and Firebase installation identifiers. This data may be transferred and stored outside your country, including in the United States.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and when the app cannot determine whether consent requirements apply, the app manages report sending based on your in-app consent. You can change your choice through **Privacy → Crash report options** when those options are displayed. The general policy's “legitimate interests” description of crash reporting does not apply to this sending. In other circumstances, sending may be allowed automatically after the app checks the relevant conditions; this does not override a saved refusal.

Reports may be saved locally before sending is allowed. If you later consent, that consent may cover previously saved reports, including reports from an earlier period of refusal. After refusal, no new report is handed over for sending, but a report handed over earlier may still arrive. The app attempts to delete local reports on a best-effort basis without guaranteeing deletion of every report. Google retains Crashlytics data and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.

## Other services and contact

The general page's provisions for other services used by the app, including Firebase In-App Messaging, and its rights, deletion, security and contact provisions continue to apply unless they conflict with this update. Porting the ads engine does not disable those services.

Prayer times and the Qibla direction are calculated on the device. To search for a city or display a place name, the app may use Android's Geocoder service. The app may request the place name again when the prayer-times page opens, using the saved location. You can search for a city instead of using the device's location. The general statement that location never leaves the device therefore does not apply to these requests.

## 2. البيانات التى قد تجمعها تطبيقاتنا

### 2.1 بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً عند استخدام التطبيق:

- **معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID):** تستخدمه شبكة AdMob لعرض الإعلانات.

- **عنوان IP:** يُستخدم بواسطة AdMob لتحديد المنطقة الجغرافية للإعلانات.

- **معلومات الجهاز:** نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، اللغة،

  المنطقة الزمنية.

- **بيانات الاستخدام:** الشاشات التى يزورها المستخدم، أحداث التطبيق

  (عبر Firebase Analytics).

- **تقارير الأعطال:** فى حال حدوث خطأ تقنى، تُجمع بيانات تشخيصية

  (عبر Firebase Crashlytics).

- **رمز الإشعارات (FCM Token):** لإرسال الإشعارات (عبر Firebase Cloud

- **بيانات الرسائل داخل التطبيق:** عبر Firebase In-App Messaging.

### 2.2 بيانات قد يتعامل معها التطبيق محلياً (لا تُرسَل لأى خادم):

- **الموقع الجغرافى:** تستخدمه بعض تطبيقاتنا (مثل "أنا مسلم") لحساب

  مواقيت الصلاة وتحديد اتجاه القبلة محلياً على جهازك دون إرساله لأى خادم.

- **محتوى المستخدم:** المفضلات، التقدّم فى الحفظ، سجل الاستماع، الأذكار،

  تقدّم الألعاب، الإعدادات الشخصية — كلها تُحفَظ محلياً على جهازك ولا تُرفَع

  لأى خادم.

### 2.3 بيانات لا تجمعها تطبيقاتنا:

لا نجمع: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكترونى، رقم الحساب البنكى،

البيانات الصحية، الصور أو الفيديوهات الشخصية، جهات الاتصال، أحداث

التقويم، أو أى بيانات شخصية حساسة. لا تطلب تطبيقاتنا إنشاء حساب.

## 3. الأذونات (تختلف من تطبيق لآخر)

تختلف الأذونات المطلوبة حسب وظائف كل تطبيق. الأذونات الشائعة فى

تطبيقاتنا:

- **الموقع (Fine/Coarse Location):** للتطبيقات الدينية فقط — لحساب مواقيت

  الصلاة + اتجاه القبلة محلياً.

- **الإنترنت + حالة الشبكة:** عرض الإعلانات وتنزيل المحتوى.

- **الإشعارات + الاهتزاز:** للتنبيهات المختلفة (أوقات الصلاة فى التطبيقات

  الدينية، إشعارات عامة فى الأخرى).

- **التشغيل عند الإقلاع (Boot Completed):** إعادة جدولة التنبيهات بعد

  إعادة التشغيل.

- **الإنذار الدقيق (Schedule Exact Alarm):** ضمان دقة التنبيهات.

- **تجاهل تحسين البطارية:** ضمان عمل الإشعارات بشكل موثوق.

- **خدمة فى المقدمة (Foreground Service):** لتشغيل الصوتيات فى الخلفية

  (للتطبيقات التى تتضمن مشغّل صوت).

- **النوافذ المنبثقة (System Alert Window):** لعرض المُشغّل العائم.

كل تطبيق يطلب فقط الأذونات الضرورية لوظائفه.

## 8. خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA)

كل تطبيقاتنا موجَّهة لمن أعمارهم **13 سنة فأكثر**. لا نجمع عمداً معلومات

من الأطفال دون 13 عاماً. إذا اكتشفنا أن طفلاً قدّم معلومات، سنحذفها

فوراً. لو كنت ولى أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قدّم معلومات، راسلنا على

## 9. النقل الدولى للبيانات

البيانات التى تجمعها خدمات Google (AdMob, Firebase) قد تُنقَل وتُعالَج

فى خوادم خارج بلدك، بما فى ذلك الولايات المتحدة. هذه التحويلات تتم

وفقاً للضمانات المنصوص عليها فى سياسات Google واتفاقيات الشروط

التعاقدية القياسية (Standard Contractual Clauses).

## 10. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

- **بيانات Firebase Analytics:** 14 شهراً (الإعداد الافتراضى من Google).

- **بيانات Crashlytics:** 90 يوماً للأعطال الفردية.

- **بيانات AdMob:** حسب سياسات Google.

- **البيانات المحلية على الجهاز:** تبقى حتى تحذفها أنت أو تحذف التطبيق.

تتوفّر طريقتان لحذف بياناتك:

بعض تطبيقاتنا توفّر زر "حذف بياناتى | Delete My Data" فى صفحة "إدعمنى"

عبر الزر داخل التطبيق.

نستخدم وسائل أمان معقولة لحماية البيانات. كل البيانات التى تُنقَل بين

تطبيقاتنا وخوادم Google/Firebase تُشفَّر باستخدام HTTPS/TLS. ومع ذلك،

# Privacy Policy — mfk4apps Apps

## 1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all apps published on Google Play under the

developer account "mfk4apps", including but not limited to "Ana

Muslim" (أنا مسلم), "way2jana", and all other apps from the same

developer (any of which is referred to in this policy as "the App").

## 2. Information Our Apps May Collect

### 2.1 Automatically collected when you use the App:

- **Advertising ID:** Used by AdMob to serve ads.

- **IP Address:** Used by AdMob for geographic ad targeting.

- **Device Information:** Device model, OS version, app version,

  language, time zone.

- **Usage Data:** Screens visited, in-app events (via Firebase

  Analytics).

- **Crash Reports:** Diagnostic data when errors occur (via Firebase

  Crashlytics).

- **Notification Token (FCM Token):** For push notifications (via

  Firebase Cloud Messaging).

- **In-App Messaging Data:** Via Firebase In-App Messaging.

### 2.2 Data processed locally (NOT sent to any server):

- **Location:** Some of our apps (such as "Ana Muslim") use location

  to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction locally on your device,

  without sending it to any server.

- **User Content:** Favorites, memorization progress, listening history,

  Adhkar, game progress, personal settings — all stored locally on

  your device and never uploaded.

### 2.3 Data we do NOT collect:

We do not collect: name, phone number, email address, bank details,

health data, personal photos or videos, contacts, calendar events, or

any sensitive personal information. Our apps do not require account

creation.

## 3. Permissions (Vary by App)

Permissions requested vary depending on each app's functionality.

Common permissions across our apps:

- **Location (Fine/Coarse):** For religious apps only — prayer times

  + Qibla direction calculated locally.

- **Internet + Network State:** Display ads and download content.

- **Notifications + Vibrate:** For various alerts (prayer times in

  religious apps, general notifications in others).

- **Receive Boot Completed:** Reschedule alarms after device restart.

- **Schedule Exact Alarm:** Ensure alert accuracy.

- **Ignore Battery Optimization:** Ensure reliable notifications.

- **Foreground Service:** For background audio playback (in apps

  with audio players).

- **System Alert Window:** Display floating audio player.

Each app requests only the permissions necessary for its functionality.

## 7. Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA (California Users)

- **Right to Know:** What data we collect and how we use it.

- **Right to Delete:** Via the in-app button (if available) or email.

- **Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing:** Via the "Privacy Settings"

  button in the App (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

- **Right to Non-Discrimination:** We will not discriminate against

  you for exercising your rights.

## 8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

All our apps are intended for users aged **13 and older**. We do not

knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover

that a child has provided information, we will delete it immediately.

## 9. International Data Transfers

Data collected by Google services (AdMob, Firebase) may be transferred

to and processed on servers outside your country, including the United

States. These transfers occur in accordance with Google's policies and

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

## 10. Data Retention

- **Firebase Analytics data:** 14 months (Google default).

- **Crashlytics data:** 90 days for individual crashes.

- **AdMob data:** Per Google's policies.

- **Local data on your device:** Remains until you delete it or

  uninstall the App.

## 11. Deleting Your Data

Two methods are available to delete your data:

### Method 1 — In-App Button (Fastest & Most Comprehensive) ⚡

Some of our apps provide a "حذف بياناتى | Delete My Data" button on

the "Support Me" page or in Settings. When pressed:

1. Read warnings carefully, then confirm by typing "delete" or "حذف"

2. The following will happen automatically:

   - Email app opens to send a request to delete your Firebase data

   - All your local data on the device is erased

   - The app closes immediately

3. Next time you open the app, it will be like a fresh install.

### Method 2 — Manual (For All Apps)

- **Local data:** Deleted when you uninstall the app.

- **Advertising ID:** You can reset it from Android Settings

  (Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID).

- **Email request:** Contact us at mfk4apps@gmail.com mentioning

  the specific app name.

### Processing Time

We process Firebase data deletion requests within **30 days maximum**

in accordance with GDPR Art. 12 and CCPA. Local data is erased

immediately upon confirmation via the in-app button.

## 12. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect data. All data

transmitted between our apps and Google/Firebase servers is encrypted

using HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet

is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes

will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date above.

# تحديث خصوصية خاص بتطبيق «ماذا تعرف عن الله»

ينطبق هذا التحديث على إصدار تطبيق «ماذا تعرف عن الله» (`com.mfk4apps.who_is_allah`) الذي يتضمن «خيارات تقارير الأعطال» داخل مدخل الخصوصية، بعد إتاحته للمستخدمين. الإصدارات السابقة لا تتضمن هذه الآلية. وهو جزء من سياسة خصوصية mfk4apps في هذه الصفحة، وتُقدَّم أحكامه عند تعارضها مع الوصف العام الخاص بهذا التطبيق. لا يغيّر هذا التحديث وصف «أنا مسلم» أو التطبيقات الأخرى.

## الإعلانات واختياراتك

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات بانر وإعلانات بينية باستخدام Google AdMob، ولا يعرض إعلانات بمكافأة في هذا الإصدار. قد تجمع مكتبة الإعلانات وتشارك مع Google عنوان الإنترنت IP، الذي قد يُستخدم لتقدير الموقع التقريبي، ومعرّفات الجهاز أو الإعلانات، وتفاعلات الاستخدام، ومعلومات التشخيص، لأغراض الإعلانات والتحليلات ومنع الاحتيال.

## Firebase Analytics

نستخدم Firebase Analytics لفهم استخدام التطبيق وتحسينه، بما يشمل أحداث الاستخدام ومعلومات الجهاز والتثبيت. يستخدم التطبيق وضع الموافقة المتقدّم من Google. الإعدادان الافتراضيان للتخزين لأغراض التحليلات والإعلانات مرفوضان، ثم تُطبّق إعدادات الموافقة وفق المنطقة ونتيجة أداة Google.

إعداد الاحتفاظ الذي أكّده المطوّر هو **شهران لبيانات الأحداث و14 شهرًا لبيانات مستوى المستخدم**. وخيار إعادة بدء مدة الاحتفاظ عند النشاط الجديد مفعّل لبيانات مستوى المستخدم فقط. لا تنطبق هذه المدد على التقارير الإحصائية المجمّعة.

## Firebase Crashlytics

نستخدم Google Firebase Crashlytics لمعرفة أسباب الأعطال وإصلاحها. تتضمن التقارير تفاصيل العطل ومعلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ومعرّفات تثبيت Crashlytics وFirebase. وقد تُنقل هذه البيانات وتُخزّن خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة.

في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا، وكذلك عند تعذّر التحقق من انطباق متطلبات الموافقة، يدير التطبيق إرسال التقارير على أساس موافقتك داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك من **الخصوصية ← خيارات تقارير الأعطال** عندما تظهر هذه الخيارات. لا ينطبق على هذا الإرسال وصف السياسة العام الذي يضع تقارير الأعطال تحت «المصلحة المشروعة». وفي الحالات الأخرى قد يُسمح بالإرسال تلقائيًا بعد تحقق التطبيق من الشروط المناسبة؛ ولا يُتجاوز اختيار رفض محفوظ بهذه القاعدة.

## بقية الخدمات والتواصل

تظل أحكام الصفحة العامة للخدمات الأخرى المستخدمة في التطبيق، ومنها Firebase In-App Messaging، وكذلك أحكام الحقوق والحذف والأمان والتواصل، سارية ما لم تتعارض مع هذا التحديث. لا يعني نقل محرك الإعلانات إيقاف هذه الخدمات.

# Privacy update for “What do you know about Allah?”

**Updated: 24 October 2026**

This update applies to the version of “What do you know about Allah?” (`com.mfk4apps.who_is_allah`) that includes “Crash report options” in its privacy entry, once that version is available to users. Earlier versions do not include this mechanism. It forms part of the mfk4apps privacy policy on this page and takes precedence over conflicting general descriptions of this app. It does not change the description of Ana Muslim or the other apps.

## Advertising and your choices

The app displays banner and interstitial ads using Google AdMob. This version does not display rewarded ads. The ads library may collect and share with Google an IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, usage interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

The app uses Google's consent tool where applicable. You can revisit advertising choices using the consent-options button when available. This version does not ask your age or introduce an age screen.

## Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the app, including usage events and device and installation information. The app uses Google's advanced consent mode. Its default analytics-storage and advertising-storage settings are denied; consent settings are then applied according to the region and Google's consent-tool result.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, choices from Google's consent form are applied. Limited measurement signals may continue before consent or when consent is denied. Denying storage settings does not mean that Firebase libraries perform no local storage or send no data; signals may include installation identifiers. Elsewhere, storage may be allowed after the tool confirms that regional consent does not apply. Google's advertising services handle the US states message's “Do not sell or share” choice; that choice alone does not disable Firebase Analytics storage in this version.

The retention settings confirmed by the developer are **two months for event-level data and 14 months for user-level data**. Resetting retention upon new activity is enabled for user-level data only. These periods do not apply to aggregate statistical reports.

## Firebase Crashlytics

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix crashes. Reports include error details, device and operating-system information, and Crashlytics and Firebase installation identifiers. This data may be transferred and stored outside your country, including in the United States.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and when the app cannot determine whether consent requirements apply, the app manages report sending based on your in-app consent. You can change your choice through **Privacy → Crash report options** when those options are displayed. The general policy's “legitimate interests” description of crash reporting does not apply to this sending. In other circumstances, sending may be allowed automatically after the app checks the relevant conditions; this does not override a saved refusal.

Reports may be saved locally before sending is allowed. If you later consent, that consent may cover previously saved reports, including reports from an earlier period of refusal. After refusal, no new report is handed over for sending, but a report handed over earlier may still arrive. The app attempts to delete local reports on a best-effort basis without guaranteeing deletion of every report. Google retains Crashlytics data and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.

## Other services and contact

The general page's provisions for other services used by the app, including Firebase In-App Messaging, and its rights, deletion, security and contact provisions continue to apply unless they conflict with this update. Porting the ads engine does not disable those services.
