We pioneer AI-driven microfluidic platforms, focusing on extreme heat flux cooling systems for advanced semiconductors, alongside innovative solutions for biomedical engineering.

The Microfabrication & Multiphysics Simulation Laboratory is actively seeking passionate undergraduate researchers and graduate students (M.S. & Ph.D.). Our lab is currently leading a major 5-year national project funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF): "Development of Two-Phase Microfluidic Cooling Platform for Extreme Heat Flux (1 kW/cm²) AI Semiconductors Based on Small Data-Driven PINN Optimal Design."
Benefits: Tuition and stipend support, as well as funding for participation in domestic and international conferences.
Students from diverse academic backgrounds (Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Interdisciplinary Engineering, AI, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
