Can you beat the timer, complete the trail loop, and do it again? This backyard endurance run starts at the bridge by Pizza Factory in Coloma, Ca and brings you everything on this 5k loop. Technical trails, 550ft elevation climbing & descent, road running over the bridge, and a cool river to ice your legs in between each loop.
This year's run will go up to 6 laps. And the Ruck division will go up to 3 laps! Each runner has 45 minutes to complete the loop and start the next loop. Ruckers will get 90 minutes per loop for up to three loops. Finish with time? Dip in the river or get your fuel or relax. If you fail to be at the starting flag before the start time, your run is finished!

Finish all running loops for 18.6 miles total and over 3,250ft of elevation climbed! Rucking for 9.3 miles and 1600ft of elevation climb!
The course starts at the parking lot entrance by Pizza Factory. Runners will cross the bridge over the river and then turn right onto the trail next to the river. Follow the trail until Henningson park where runners then safely cross Lotus Rd (cars go fast) and then turn left toward the Gam Saan trail where they will ascend 574ft and meet the Monroe Ridge Trail. Turn left and descend to Coloma Rd and head back North West back to the start on the side of the road.
