I was born in Guadalajara and fell in love with my own city from a very young age. I had the opportunity to learn how to cook traditionally from my grandmother and I want to continue her legacy by passing on her knowledge to other people around the world.
I studied tourism with the aim of working to show how beautiful my city is and I work with groups that try to preserve Mexican customs and traditions.
I had a Mexican restaurant and a cafeteria where I learned everything necessary to provide the best service to large groups.
I try to use traditional instruments as much as possible and I will explain in detail the reason for this.
I transcribed and compiled all my recipes into 3 books that are available for sale on Amazon; at the moment they are only available in Spanish but will soon be available in English.
