A custom order will be a set made with a specific design in mind and is exclusive to only those the person paying for it chose.
I can not edit meshes themselves. I can only edit opacities and change the speed of or remove animation. The exception to this is meshes that were made to be able to have adjustments made.
Things I can do: Remove most piercings/cuffs/fur tufts, slow down/speed up/remove the movement animation (changes to speed will cause the animation to look choppy)
Things I can not do: make something bigger/smaller/wider/longer/thinner/etc, add new movement animations/piercings/fur to a mesh/etc
I highly suggest you check out the resources page for links you may wish to use when ordering a custom set from me.
You must understand that any work I create will be done in my style. This might mean minor changes to a design in order to have it match how I work. If my style is not what you are looking for, you may wish to find another creator to commission.
Q: Can I get more accessories made for my fur at a later date?
A: Yes, you can. Cost is will be the same as adding an additional accessory when ordering.
Q: Can I ask for edits after the fur is made?
A: Yes, but you might need to wait a while for me to get around to it, as it will not be top priority. There is also a possibility I won't be able to if I lost the files. (Remember, edits are only minor things such as a colour change or a small marking change, a large change or complete rework will have a fee)
Q: Can I buy a fur for someone else as a gift?
A: Yes, but they will also have to agree to my ToS.
Q: Can someone else pay for my order?
A: Yes, just have them message me saying they will cover the costs and I will discuss all payment with them.
Q: With some of your previous customs the set doesn't match their reference. Why is this?
A: I show what I am making for the person as I am doing it and give people opportunity to change things. Sometimes people ask for something to be done differently than on the ref or for an additional marking. And sometimes things needed to be changed in order to fit into my style.
Q: Your shading template seems to have changed since you made my set and I like the newer stuff better, can I have my set upgraded to the new shading?
A: Yup! Just message me or reply to this thread with the name of the custom and that you would like to have it upgraded to new shading. Keep in mind that as with other edits, it will not have the highest priority and may not be possible if I have lost the files.
Q: Can I send you a tip on top of the required payment?
A: If you want to send me additional money on top of the price of the set you can do so. If you are paying via paypal there will be a tip option when I send the invoice. If you are paying via credits I will just assume any amount over the required payment is a tip.
Q: Can I use pictures of my completed custom as a reference sheet for my character?
A: Of course, it is your character. Just be sure to include credit to me for the work.
You can choose to pay via paypal or IMVU credits
Standard Set - Includes skin, ears, tail, furkini, and hair* - $20/40,000 credits

*Ears, tails, furkinis, and hairs can be swapped for different accessories. (Example: If you are ordering a bird you may want to choose to have wings instead of ears)
**Items that do not cross over genders such as hairs and most paws will count as individual accessories.
***If a design is time-consuming or difficult, the order might be subject to additional fees.
When you place an order with me you agree to all of the following:
You must order through this form.
You must have your leave message setting on IMVU set to everyone so I can message and gift you. Anyone else receiving the fur must also have their messages set to everyone.
You MUST provide an image reference. This does not have to be the best quality (MSpaint would even work). This is to make it easier for me to understand what you want. If you use any image (such as a free lineart) for your reference you MUST link to the original work as a source. The only exception to this rule is if you are wanting an exclusive recolour of one of my public sets.
You can NOT under any circumstances use other people's non-free-to-use furry art as reference for a custom. Character design and art must have been either free to use, created by you, created for you, or was purchased by you. No exceptions.
Do not place an order if you do not have the means to pay for it.
Do not ask for anything Copyrighted and/or trademarked. (pokemon, digimon, characters from mangas/animes, other people's fursonas/OCs/IMVU sets. etc)
Do not send me credits on IMVU until I have requested payment. If you are paying via paypal I will send you an invoice.
After you have filled out the order form, you need to message me on IMVU to notify me. After I have checked the form I will get back to you about whether or not I will accept the order and what the predicted price will be.
I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.
About image references:
An ideal image reference is an unshaded image that has the character from enough angles to clearly show all details of their design. If your image reference is shaded, I ask that you please include a colour swatch or hex codes. If your image reference does not clearly show all details of the design I ask that you include a written description for any part of the design that is not clearly visible.
If you want to change anything with your order after I have accepted it, message me and let me know the changes directly.
I will not meet you in a room to discuss your order, communication must be done through messages where I can easily keep track of all the information. This is important: Do not ask me to meet you in a room to discuss your current or potential order, not even a private room.
Do not rush me. If you do not hear from me within a week of our last interaction. You can send me a polite message asking for an update on your order.
Be respectful. Do not be rude if I make a mistake. I am only human.
If a design is time-consuming or difficult, the order might be subject to additional fees. I decide if this applies and how much the fees will be. I will notify you when I decide an order needs additional fees.
You have the right to cancel an order. If you cancel after I have made the skin I will modify and sell the set as a custom to someone else or auction it off. If you have paid for the order you may only get a partial refund based on how much work I have done already.
I also have the right to cancel an order. If you have paid for the order you may only get a partial refund based on how much work I have done already.
I will show you WIPs as I work on various parts of the order to make sure it is what you want before I submit it. If you regularly request changes to parts of the order after giving me the okay on them, you may be subject to additional fees.
I repeat: Do not pay me until I send you an invoice or request payment.
I will notify you when I am ready to accept payment, this will typically be after I have completed or am close to completing the skin.
Make sure to tell me if you send the credits through a help ticket so I can confirm as I do not get an email notification for this method.
Failure to pay for your order within ten days of me requesting payment will result in it being modified and sold to someone else or auctioned off. Special circumstances might allow an extension to the deadline. You must notify me of special circumstances before the ten days are up. I will decide if your circumstances qualify for a time extension.
If you are sending credits through a help ticket, you must provide proof of the help ticket before the ten days are up and I will wait for the credits to go through.
No refunds can be made after you have been given the products.
If you want more pieces made for the set you MUST come to me to make them.
-You can, however, have a different creator remake the set in it's entirety, since it is your character, you just can not have other creators make new parts for a set that I made
If you sell a character after you have had me make a set of that character it is your responsibility to let the buyer know about the set. You and the buyer must decide what to do about it.
-Some options might be for me to black-out the products and render them useless. Or I could send the products to the new owner as long as I am given credits to cover the gifting. Or you might decide to just leave things as they are.
- I do not want to have the new owner coming to me when I would have done nothing but make what I was paid to make by the person who owned the character at the time.
I retain the copyright to the textures involved in the products I make. You still own the character.
Your set will be priced to 1,000,000+ Credits in the shop after I gift it to you with the skin visible for advertising reasons and to let you leave a review if you so desire.
If you do not want the skin to be visible in the shop you may request that it stay hidden.
If I find out that you commissioned me to make a set of a character that did not belong to you, I will replace all the textures for the fur to make it unusable and no refunds will be given.
If, at any point in the future, you infringe on any of my copyrights, you will lose the right to any custom sets you ordered from me and I will black out the textures with no refunds given.
If you do anything else that violates my terms of service I will black out the textures and no refunds will be given.
