Calls can be transferred directly to a member of leadership who can support. We would rather you send us the call then over promise a customer things that w e cannot deliver on.

Please always leverage the Teams group – there is a group just for you to get help; it’s all Leadership and we are there to help you with questions. We’d rather you ask the same question a hundred times – just t o be sure, than guess at an answer and provide the wrong information to a customer.
