メトロノームくるくる プライバシーポリシー

Yunyun Works（以下「開発者」）は、Androidアプリ「メトロノームくるくる」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

開発者は、本アプリを通じて個人情報または個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。本アプリには、利用者アカウント、広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ解析、位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイクまたは独自サーバーへのデータ送信機能はありません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

• BPM、拍子、音量、表示モード、テーマ、クリック音などのアプリ設定

• 表示言語の設定

これらの情報は本アプリの機能と設定復元のためにのみ使用され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。端末内の情報は、端末の設定から本アプリのデータを削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除できます。

3. Ko-fiによる任意支援

本アプリは、開発者の公開Ko-fiページを外部ブラウザで開く任意支援リンクを表示します。すべての機能とテーマは無料であり、支援による機能、コンテンツ、利用権限または特典の違いはありません。本アプリは支援状況を照会、受信または保存しません。

Ko-fiページ上で入力または送信される情報と決済は、Ko-fiおよび利用者が選択した決済事業者によって取り扱われます。本アプリはこれらの情報を受信または保存しません。詳しくはKo-fiプライバシーポリシー（https://more.ko-fi.com/privacy）および各決済事業者のポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 通知

本アプリは、バックグラウンドでのメトロノーム再生状態と再生操作を表示するために、端末の通知機能を使用します。通知権限はこの目的にのみ使用し、通知を広告または利用者追跡に使用しません。

5. 共有機能と外部リンク

利用者が共有機能を選択した場合、本アプリはAndroidの標準共有画面を開きます。共有先の選択と送信は利用者の操作によって行われ、本アプリまたは開発者が共有先に関する情報を収集することはありません。

本アプリからプライバシーポリシー、Google PlayまたはKo-fiなどの外部Webページを開いた場合、そのページでは当該サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計されたものではなく、開発者は13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

7. 情報の保存期間と削除

開発者は利用者情報を独自サーバーに保存しません。端末内の設定は、本アプリのデータが削除されるまで端末内に保持されます。外部Ko-fiページ上の情報は、Ko-fiおよび決済事業者の規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。

8. セキュリティ

本アプリは、保存する設定情報を端末内に限定し、Androidのアプリ用保存領域を使用します。ただし、電子的な保存または通信に完全な安全性を保証する方法はないことをご了承ください。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能、利用サービスまたは法令・ポリシーの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Privacy Policy for Metronome Kurukuru

Yunyun Works (the “Developer”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the Android application “Metronome Kurukuru” (the “App”).

1. Information Collected by the Developer

The Developer does not collect personal information or information that identifies an individual through the App. The App does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, location access, contacts access, camera access, microphone access, or transmission of data to a server operated by the Developer.

2. Information Stored on the Device

The App stores the following information locally on the user’s device:

• App settings such as BPM, time signature, volume, display mode, theme, and click sound

• Display language preference

This information is used only to provide App functionality and restore settings. It is not transmitted to a server operated by the Developer. Users can delete this information by clearing the App’s data in the device settings or by uninstalling the App.

3. Optional Support Through Ko-fi

The App displays an optional support link that opens the Developer’s public Ko-fi page in an external browser. Every feature and theme is free. Contributions provide no features, content, access rights, perks, or benefits. The App does not query, receive, or store contribution status.

Information entered or submitted and payments made on the Ko-fi page are handled by Ko-fi and the payment provider selected by the user. The App does not receive or store this information. Please review the Ko-fi Privacy Policy（https://more.ko-fi.com/privacy） and the policy of the relevant payment provider.

4. Notifications

The App uses device notifications to show the status and controls for metronome playback in the background. Notification permission is used only for this purpose. Notifications are not used for advertising or user tracking.

5. Sharing and External Links

When a user selects the sharing feature, the App opens the standard Android Sharesheet. The user chooses the destination and initiates the transfer. Neither the App nor the Developer collects information about the selected sharing destination.

When the App opens an external webpage such as the privacy policy, Google Play, or Ko-fi, the privacy policy of the relevant service provider applies to that webpage.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

The Developer does not retain user information on a server operated by the Developer. Local settings remain on the device until the App’s data is cleared. Information on the external Ko-fi page is managed in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of Ko-fi and the relevant payment provider.

8. Security

The App limits stored settings to the user’s device and uses Android’s application-specific storage. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, applicable laws, or platform policies. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App. The revised policy becomes effective when it is posted on this page.
