Metrolist (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a music player that allows users to discover, play, organize, import, and manage music and playlists.
Metrolist does not require users to create an account. However, the App and its third-party services may process:
Device information, operating system, app version, and language.
Advertising identifiers and approximate location derived from the IP address.
Advertising interactions and diagnostic information.
Search requests and media requests sent to external music providers.
Consent choices required under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.
Playlists, listening history, settings, downloads, and imported media may be stored locally on your device. Metrolist does not upload this local information to our servers unless a feature explicitly requires communication with an external provider.
Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may permanently remove locally stored information.
Depending on your device and the features you use, Metrolist may request access to:
The internet, for streaming, searching, advertisements, and updates.
Audio and media files, for importing and playing local music.
Storage, for downloads, playlists, backups, and exported files.
Notifications, for playback controls and download status.
Foreground services, to continue audio playback in the background.
These permissions are used only to provide the requested App functionality.
Metrolist may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising and mediation services, including Unity LevelPlay and its advertising partners.
These providers may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, advertising activity, and diagnostic data. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
Where required, the App may request your consent before using personalized advertising. You may also be able to opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

Metrolist may connect to external music providers, plugin repositories, or content services. Requests sent to these services may include search terms, media identifiers, IP addresses, and technical device information.
We do not control third-party services or their privacy practices. Users should review the applicable policies of any external service they access.
We do not sell your personal information directly. Information may be processed or shared:
With advertising and analytics providers.
With external services necessary to fulfill your requests.
When required by law or to protect users, rights, and security.
Local App data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall Metrolist.
Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies. You may reset or restrict your advertising identifier through your device’s privacy settings.
Metrolist is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or third-party services change. Any updated version will include a revised “Last updated” date.
