孩子的第一天 First Day of Childcare

你的孩子可能需要一段时间来适应新的环境。我们建议你可以停留一段时间，并鼓励孩子参加活动。这将有助于他们更快地适应托儿所生活。

我们也鼓励孩子到托儿所的时候向老师和朋友打招呼，帮助孩子认识老师和同学们，以协助他们适应新环境。

Your child may need some time to adjust to the new environment. We suggest that you stay for a while and encourage your child to participate in activities. This will help them adapt to the childcare life more quickly.

We also encourage children to greet their teachers and friends when they arrive at the childcare, which will help them get to know their teachers and friends and adapt to the new environment.

到达+离开 Drop Off & Pick Up

到达托儿所时，请记得让老师测量孩子的体温，这是我们规定的要求。当你接走你的孩子的时候，我们也需要再次测量孩子的体温。请你带着孩子向我们说再见，这让我们有机会和你分享你孩子的一天。

When you arrive at the daycare, please remember to have the teacher measure your child's temperature, as this is a requirement. When you pick up your child, we will need to measure their temperature again. Please say goodbye to us with your child, as this gives us an opportunity to share your child's day with you.

孩子的健康 Children's Health

若你的孩子生病了，请让他们待在家里知道完全痊愈。这很重要，因为托儿所孩子会有许多的身体接触，疾病可以迅速传播。

如果你的孩子被诊断患有传染病，请尽快通知所长或老师。

如果你的孩子在托儿所需要服用药物，你将需要填写药物服用表格，所有的药物都需要提供原包装和标签。

If your child becomes ill, please keep them at home until they are fully recovered. This is important because there is a lot of physical contact between children at the childcare and illnesses can spread quickly. 

If your child is diagnosed with a contagious disease, please inform the director or teacher as soon as possible.

If your child needs to take medication at the daycare, you will need to fill out a medication form and provide the original packaging and label for all medications.

过了领接时段 Overtime Pick Up

若父母/监护人迟接送：

则每迟到10分钟收费为 RM 10，该收费将会支付给托儿所。

若孩子在6点之后还未被接回家：

我们将尝试联系父母/监护人，然后联系紧急联系人。

如果您的孩子在中心关闭后一小时内没有被领接，并且无法与您和您的紧急联系人联系，我们将报警或联系相关政府部门。

If parents/guardians are late for pickup:

A fee of RM 10 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay, which will be paid to the childcare centre.

If the child is not picked up by 6pm:

We will attempt to contact the parents/guardians and then the emergency contacts.

If your child is not picked up within an hour after the centre is closed, and we are unable to reach you or your emergency contacts, we will report to the authorities or relevant government agencies.

接送孩子回家的安排 Pick Up Arrangement

卫理托儿所有责任确保你孩子的安全，除非获得父母/监护人的授权，否则我们不允许你的孩子离开托儿所。

若是需要其他人（除了父母/监护人）接你的孩子回家，请事先与所长或老师联系。

The Methodist childcare center is responsible for ensuring the safety of your child. Unless authorized by the parents/guardians, we do not allow your child to leave the childcare center. 

If someone other than the parents/guardians needs to pick up your child, please contact the principal or teacher in advance.
