We collect the information you provide to us when you use our application. The information we collect includes:

Your email, your given name and/or family name (optional)
Yours contacts (email, name, family name) with whom you have shared your profile (optional)
The foods you consume and their quantity
The readings of your blood tests

We do not collect personal information from third parties or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or permitted by you.

We use this information to:

Provide our services and personalized features
Optimize and improve our application
Communicate with you about our application and its features
Provide advertisements using Admob

Data Storage

We store the data you provide us on a secure Firestore database. We only store your email address, yours "given name and/or family name", yours selected contacts and the application data that is specific to you. This data is protected by appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data (such as account details, food logs, and blood test records) only for as long as you maintain an active account with us or as necessary to provide you with the application services. If you decide to delete your account or request data deletion, all your stored personal data will be permanently deleted from our Firestore database within 7 days.

Data Deletion Request

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data stored by MethioPocket at any time. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by:

Sending an email directly to our support team at appbydave.hrd@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specifying the email address associated with your account.
Using the "Delete Account" (Bin Button) option directly inside the app 'Account tab'.

Upon receiving your request, we will process and permanently delete your data from our servers within 7 days.
