"MetalPaint" (the "App") is a macOS application provided by Kameno (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App.
This App does not collect any personal information or user data.
This App has the following characteristics:
- No account registration required.
- No user data is transmitted to external servers.
- No advertisements are displayed.
- No analytics or tracking tools are used.
All data, including your canvas settings, brush preferences, and edited image files, is processed and stored only locally on your device. When you open or save files, the App accesses folders using the standard macOS secure file-access dialogue under App Sandbox permissions. Your files and custom configurations are never transmitted to us or any external servers.
The drawing canvas, image filters, and brush strokes are rendered entirely locally on your device's graphics processor (GPU) using Apple's Metal API. No camera data, spatial information, or usage logs are ever recorded, collected, or transmitted during this process.
Since this App does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages, including children.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected within the App or on the App Store page.
