With over 40 years of training experience helping people of all ages feel their best, I specialize in safe, effective training designed espically for older adults. At 67 years young, I move with the enegry of someone much younger-proof that it's never too late to feel stronger and more vibrant! My own strength has been rated in the top 0.1% for men of any age. I've developed simple, proven methods that gently improve:
Balance- to help prevent falls and move with confidence.
Flexibility- for easier everyday movement, like reaching or bending.
Strength-to make daily tasks lighter and more enjoyable.
Mobility-so you can stay active and independant longer.
Reflexes- and hand-eye coordination-for better reaction and enjoyment in hobbies
