• PI Keys: Any API keys you provide (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Groq) are stored strictly locally on your device via Chrome's secure local storage (`chrome.storage.local`). They are never sent to our servers.

• User Preferences: Configuration settings (selected model, output language, custom prompts, range values) are stored locally in your browser.

• No Telemetry or Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, browsing histories, or usage analytics.

2. Third-Party AI Services

When you process an image, the image thumbnail and formatting instructions are sent directly from your browser to your selected AI provider:

• Google Gemini API (Google Cloud Privacy Terms)

• OpenAI API (OpenAI API Data & Privacy Policy)

• Groq API (Groq Data Protection Policy)

These requests use your personal API keys and are subject to the terms of your AI provider accounts.

 3. Data Sharing and Sale

MetaFiller does not sell, rent, monetize, or share your data with any third parties or advertisers.

 4. User Controls and Data Deletion

You have full control over your stored data. You can delete or modify your API keys and configuration settings at any time directly through the extension's Settings panel, or by uninstalling the extension.
