1. Explicit Consent to Data Usage
By creating an account, logging in, or using the Meta Control app, users automatically and explicitly give their consent for the app to collect, store, process, and use the required data as described in this policy. This data collection is mandatory for the functionality of the game (e.g., saving progress, multiplayer matches).
2. Information We Collect
We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the game service:
• Email Address: Used for authentication and account recovery.
• Username: Displayed publicly to other players in lobbies and leaderboards.
• Gameplay Data: Your battle score, win/loss record, match history, and your friends.
• Chats: Chat history and messages are stored during the match and are deleted as soon as it ends.
• Reports: Some of the above information such as chats are saved to a report when a user reports another user for malicious conduct. However once the report has been resolved it along with all of its contents is deleted.
3. How We Use The Information
The information is used solely for:
• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Facilitating multiplayer matchmaking.
• Displaying leaderboards and player statistics.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) to securely store users data with security measures in place to protect users information.
5. No Third-Party Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not use third-party advertising services that track your data.
6. Account Deletion
Users have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Users can use the 'DELETE ACCOUNT' option in the account settings to do so.
7. Changes to Privacy Policy
All users will be notified of any changes to our policy through the app.
Our Terms of Service & Privacy Policy can also be viewed in the app itself and must be accepted before creating an account.
