This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Black King Bar Store (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Message Tracker mobile application ("App").
The Message Tracker App's primary function is to allow you to read incoming messages from other messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) without opening those apps and without alerting the sender that you have "seen" or read the message (the "No Last Seen" feature).
This functionality requires the App to access and process the content of your device notifications, which contains highly sensitive message data.
We collect the following types of information:
The App requires special permission to monitor and read notifications.
Type of Data Collected: Message Content, Sender/Recipient Metadata, Timestamps, and associated media (Images, Videos, Audio) contained within your device's notifications from selected third-party messaging apps.
Purpose of Collection:
Core Functionality: This data is strictly collected and processed to enable the primary feature of the App: displaying the incoming messages within the Message Tracker interface to achieve the "No Last Seen" and "No Blue Ticks" benefit.
Data Handling and Storage:
ON-DEVICE PROCESSING ONLY: We affirm that all sensitive message data (the notification content) is processed and stored locally on your device only.
NO SERVER TRANSMISSION: This sensitive message data is NEVER transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties, except as explicitly required for device-level functionality (e.g., local database backup).
We only collect this information if you contact us.
Contact Information: Your email address (ihope8668@gmail.com) and the content of your message, collected only when you contact us for support or feedback.
Purpose of Collection: To respond to your inquiries and provide user support.
We use this data to maintain and improve the App.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App (e.g., which features you use, crash reports).
Device Information: Technical information such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (like the Advertising ID).
Purpose of Collection: To fix bugs, analyze App performance, and improve the user experience. This data is typically aggregated and anonymized.
For the Message Tracker App to work, you must grant the Notification Access permission. This permission allows the App to read all notifications, including private chat messages, from the other messaging apps installed on your device.
By granting this permission, you acknowledge and agree that this sensitive data will be collected, but only stored locally and used for the App's primary function as described in Section 2.1.
We use the non-personal data (Usage Data, Device Information) for the following purposes:
To Improve Service: To diagnose technical problems and maintain the App's stability.
To Analyze Usage: To understand usage trends and optimize App features.

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
