The App does not provide an account-registration system and does not require users to create an account to use its core functionality.
The App also does not upload users' SMS messages, contacts, private chat content, photos, videos, or other message attachments to servers operated by Chaoslogic Apps.
However, third-party services integrated into the App may automatically process certain information necessary to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, security, and other services.

Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, events, sessions, and performance information.

Core messaging data is processed and stored locally on the user's device and is not uploaded to servers operated by Chaoslogic Apps.
The App may access contacts stored on your device to:
Display saved contact names and information.
Help identify message senders and recipients.
Allow users to send messages to saved contacts.
Allow users to share contacts through messages.
Provide contact-related messaging functionality.
Your contacts are not uploaded to servers operated by Chaoslogic Apps through the App's core functionality.
Messages requests permissions and system access necessary to provide its messaging and related features.
Permissions may include:
Used to load and display contacts stored on your device and allow users to select contacts when sending messages or using contact-related features.
Used to provide core messaging functionality, including reading, receiving, displaying, and sending SMS messages.
The App may request to become the device's default SMS application where required to provide supported messaging functionality and properly manage message sending, receiving, and delivery status.
Used for supported calling functionality available within the App, including initiating calls through supported Android functionality.
Used to provide supported after-call functionality and display eligible after-call screens where permitted by Android.
Used to notify users about new SMS messages and other relevant messaging activity.
Permissions are requested only when necessary for supported functionality or where required by the Android operating system.
If you deny or revoke a required permission, certain features may become unavailable or may not function correctly.
Messages allows users to move selected conversations to a Private Chat area.
Private Chats are designed to help prevent unauthorized access to selected conversations by protecting access with a supported authentication method, such as:

The App may also provide a password recovery question or related recovery mechanism, depending on the features available in the App.
Important: The Private Chat feature does not mean that the underlying message content is separately encrypted by the App.
Authentication credentials or related security information used to protect access are stored using appropriate security mechanisms, including encryption where applicable.
Private Chat content remains stored locally on the user's device and is not uploaded to servers operated by Chaoslogic Apps.
Messages may allow users to schedule SMS messages for delivery at a future time.
Scheduled message information is stored locally on the user's device.
The App may use Android system functionality, including scheduling mechanisms such as Alarm Manager, to trigger the scheduled message at the selected time.
When the scheduled time arrives, the App may use the appropriate SMS functionality and permissions to send the message.
Scheduled messages are not uploaded to servers operated by Chaoslogic Apps.
Messages allows users to manually manage unwanted numbers.
Users may be able to:
Block numbers.
Unblock numbers.
Manually mark numbers or conversations as spam.
Remove spam markings.
Blocked-number and manually managed spam information is stored locally on the user's device.
