Gallery: Album, Photos Gallery ("us", "we", or "our") operates the "Messages: SMS, Text Messenger" mobile application (the "App"). 

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

  • SMS Data: The App enables you to send and receive SMS messages. We do not collect, store, or share the content of your messages. All message data remains on your device.

  • Contacts Information: We may access your contact list to allow you to send messages to saved contacts more easily. This information is only used locally within the App and is not stored or shared.

  • App Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data to better understand user interaction with the App, which helps us improve performance and functionality.

  • Device Information: We may collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers, to optimize the App’s performance.


- Data Storage and Security

We prioritize your security and have implemented several measures to protect your data:

Local Storage: All your SMS messages are saved directly on your device, ensuring they are not stored on external servers.

Data Encryption: Sensitive information within the app is encrypted to provide an extra layer of protection.

While we do our best to safeguard your data, it’s important to note that no method of data transmission or storage is completely foolproof. Therefore, we recommend being cautious and taking personal steps to protect your information.

- Permissions We Use and Why


  • Google Ads: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect data to serve personalized ads, including device identifiers, usage data, and location (if permitted). You may adjust your ad preferences in the device settings.


  • Firebase Analytics and crashlytics : We use Firebase to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you. ("com.google.firebase:firebase-analytics") and  ("com.google.firebase:firebase-crashlytics")


  • SDP: We use SDP("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android") to manage responsive and flexible user interfaces across different device ratios and sizes.


  • Lottie :  we use Lottie("com.airbnb.android:lottie:6.0.0")Adobe After Effects animations exported as json with Bodymovin and render them natively on mobile!


  • Facebook shimmer : we use shimmer('com.facebook.shimmer:shimmer:0.5.0@aar') to show a shimmer animation effect.


  • Realm Database : Our app uses Realm, a secure and efficient local database, to store and manage sms data directly on your device. This allows us to provide you with a seamless experience by enabling quick access to sms data from the database.


  • michaelrocks:libphonenumber:  We ('io.michaelrocks:libphonenumber-android:8.12.51') used for formatting, parsing, and validating phone numbers from various countries. This library helps ensure that phone numbers entered by users are valid and in the correct format, which can be useful for features like check country code is valid or not


  • Splash Screen API: we used SplashAPI('androidx.core:core-splashscreen:1.0.0-beta02')  to implement a splash screen in our app. This library is focused on improving the user interface and does not collect or process any personal data, it does not need to be explicitly mentioned in your privacy policy.

  • Phone Call Access: The app requires CALL_PHONE and READ_PHONE_STATE permissions to allow users to make calls directly from the contact details screen. These permissions also help display a call summary screen after a call for better user experience.

  • Overlay Access: The SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission may be needed to display chat bubbles over other apps, enhancing usability. This permission also helps in showing the call summary screen after a call.


- Data Retention and Deletion

We only keep your data for as long as it's needed to provide the app's services. Once the data is no longer required, we either delete it or anonymize it so it can't be linked back to you.

All the app data is stored directly on your device. If you uninstall the app, all the data stored locally on your phone or tablet will be removed automatically.

Please note, any data collected by third-party services used within the app will follow their own data retention policies. You can check their policies for more details on how they manage your data.

We aim to protect your information and only retain what's necessary to make sure the app works as it should.


- Third-Party Services

The App may request the following permissions:


  • Notification Access: The app may utilize the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications relevant app updates and receive sms notification. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app. (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS )


  • Network Access: This may be required for downloading updates or serving advertisements. It is also necessary for Google AdMob, Firebase, and other third-party services integrated into the App. (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)


  • Contacts Access:  The permissions READ_CONTACTS  may be required to access your device's contacts locally on your device in order to display a contacts list for use to send messages to any contact number. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties. (android.permission.READ_CONTACT) 


  • Modify Phone state: The permission MODIFY_PHONE_STATE allows the app to modify the telephony state -like we use to phone call (android.permission.MODIFY_PHONE_STATE)


  • Read Phone state: The permission READ_PHONE_STATE allows the app to get sim information to call.(android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE)


  • Alarm Access: The app may utilize SET_ALARM permission used to scheduled messages. (com.android.alarm.permission.SET_ALARM) 


  • Sending SMS: The app may send SMS messages for specific tasks, such as sending messages to any person, or sending important notifications or alerts. We only send SMS messages with your explicit consent and for the purposes related to app functionality. We do not send marketing messages or share your phone number with third parties.(android.permission.SEND_SMS)

  • Room Database: We use RoomDB (“androidx.room:room-ktx:2.4.3” and “androidx.room:room-compiler:2.4.3”) to securely store and manage data on your device. Your data remains private and is not shared or sent to any third parties. 


  • Receiving SMS/MMS: The app may receive SMS messages from any number,  and show a list of all messages in our app.  or enable certain features. We access all  SMS messages related to the app’s functionality and the content of other SMS messages is not  shared online or with any third party.

- Third-Party Analytics Services

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the App. These companies may use information about your visits to the App and other websites that are contained in web cookies to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. One of those partners is AppVestor, which respects users' fundamental legal rights to data protection and privacy.

Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service.
