For the purpose of GDPR, MEGASTAR FOODS LIMITED acts as the "Data Controller" for any technical data processed. However, for your SMS and Contact data, the app acts as a local processor; we do not store your private message content on our servers.
To function as a replacement for your default messaging app, we require access to the following sensitive information:
SMS & MMS (Read, Write, Send, Receive): Used solely to provide messaging functionality. We process this data locally.
Contacts (Read): Used to associate phone numbers with names and photos in your inbox.
Phone State: Used to detect cellular network availability and handle multi-SIM message routing.
Notifications & Foreground Service: Used to ensure real-time delivery of messages and to show message previews.
Storage: Used to save/attach media files (images, videos, audio) to your MMS messages.
We partner with third-party service providers to facilitate our service, provide advertisements, and analyze app performance. These third parties may collect information such as your IP address, Advertising ID (AAID/GAID), and device hardware information.

● Deletion Requests: To request the deletion of your notification tokens or analytic IDs, please email megastarfoodlimited12@gmail.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
We value your trust in providing us your information. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication with our third-party SDKs. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our app is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
