Welcome to the Messages: SMS Messaging App ("App"), developed by J K Apps ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our App or related services ("Services"). Our goal is to be transparent about our data practices and ensure your privacy is protected while complying with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), and Google Play policies.

We collect specific types of information to provide and enhance the functionality of the App. Below are the categories of data we collect and their purposes:
Collected Data: The App enables you to manage SMS data, set it as your default SMS application, organize conversations, schedule messages, and block numbers. All data related to chats, conversations, contact names, mobile numbers, message content, blocked numbers, and related details is stored locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties, ensuring your communications remain private.

Analytics Data: Any usage data collected through third-party services, such as Firebase Analytics, is anonymized to prevent identification.
Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security practices, including encryption and regular security audits, to protect your data. However, please note that no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to take precautions to secure your device.
