We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information on our servers. All SMS and MMS messages you send and receive, which also includes your phone number are transited via your mobile carrier and never by us.

Your contact / address book is only accessed to associate contact names and contact pictures with your conversations and messages. Your contact information is never collected, uploaded or stored on our servers.

Usage Data

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Permissions Requested

  • Notification Access:  The app may utilize the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to incoming and/or outgoing messages, or other relevant app updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app.

  • Network Access: This may be required for serving advertisements. It is also necessary for Google AdMob, Firebase, and other third-party services integrated into the App. 

  • Phone Call Access: The permissions CALL_PHONE and READ_PHONE_STATE allows the App to make calls based on user selection from contact details screen.

  • Contacts Access: The permissions READ_CONTACTS may be required to access your device's contacts such as contact name, contact number, contact picture etc locally on your device in order to display and manage contacts, contact details, sending messages to any saved contact from your device etc. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties.

  • SMS Access: The permissions READ_SMS, RECEIVE_MMS, RECEIVE_SMS, WRITE_SMS and SEND_SMS may be required to access your device's messages locally on your device in order to let user send messages, manage and display conversations & chats. We do not store or transmit your sms data to any third parties.

  • Storage Access: The permissions WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE may be required to allow users to video images if there are any within chat list and/or select images to send through message.

  • Wake Lock Access: The permissions WAKE_LOCK may be required to show allow users to send receive messages through notification and to keep device screen on.

  • Vibrate Access: The permissions VIBRATE may be required to vibrate phone in the events of incoming messages.

  • Alarm Access: The app may utilize SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM permission to provide user access to schedule messages feature.

  • Data Sync Foreground Service Access: The permission FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC may be required for starting and managing restore and backup even if the App is closed. We do not store or transmit your personal data to any third parties.

  • Boot Completed Access: The permissions RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED allows the App to reschedule any scheduled messages after device restarts.


Third-Party Services

  • Google Ads: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect data to serve personalized ads, including device identifiers, usage data, and location (if permitted). You may adjust your ad preferences in the device settings.

  • Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you.

  • SDP: We use SDP("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android") & SSP("com.intuit.ssp:ssp-android") to manage responsive and flexible user interface across different device ratios and sizes.

  • Glide: We use Glide("com.github.bumptech.glide:glide") to display any images/media within App efficiently.

  • Timber: We use Timber("com.jakewharton.timber:timber") to put logs within App efficiently.

  • Facebook Shimmer: We use Facebook Shimmer to show animated progress in order to improve user experience.

  • Local Helper: We use Local Helper in our app to provide seamless support for multiple languages and regional settings. This ensures that the app's content and interface can be easily adapted to your preferred language, enhancing usability and delivering a more personalized experience based on your location or language preferences.

  • Conductor: We use the Conductor ("com.bluelinelabs:conductor") library to manage and maintain code structure clear and organised within The App.

  • Exoplayer: We use the ExoPlayer library in our app to efficiently play video files within the gallery feature of the messaging interface.  

  • RxBinding: We use the com.jakewharton.rxbinding2:rxbinding-kotlin library in our app to handle user interface (UI) interactions more efficiently. This library allows us to manage UI events like clicks, scrolls, and text changes in a reactive way, improving performance and responsiveness.

  • Uber Autodispose: We use com.uber.autodispose:autodispose to automatically bind+dispose RxJava streams.

  • Dagger: We use [Dagger]("com.google.dagger:dagger") to manage dependencies within The App efficiently.

  • Realm Db: We use io.realm:realm to store and manage data locally on your device such as conversations, messages, blocked numbers, scheduled messages, archived chats and other related data. This does not store or transmit your data to any third parties.

  • RxJava: We use RxJava("io.reactivex.rxjava2") to handle data flow dynamically and manage asynchronous data processing within The App.

  • PhotoView: We use com.github.chrisbanes:PhotoView to easily manage zooming images easily within The App.

  • Rx Preferences: We use Rx Preferences("com.f2prateek.rx.preferences2") to handle data storage that would easily be adapted with Rx java code.

  • Shortcut Bagder: We use me.leolin:ShortcutBadger to show count of unread message counter on app icon shortcut.

  • Lib Phonenumber: We use io.michaelrocks:libphonenumber-android to identify duplicate numbers efficiently.

  • Moshi: We use the Moshi library in our app to efficiently handle data in JSON format. This allows us to easily back up messages and store change logs in a structured, lightweight format.


Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Payment will be charged to your Google Pay Account upon purchase confirmation.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the renewal cost. Enjoy advanced features after subscribing.

Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their Play Store Account Settings after purchase.

We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
