Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Send spam, bulk promotional messages, harassment, or malicious content using the App.
Modify, adapt, or hack the App to falsely imply association with another product or brand.
Carrier Rates Apply: The App relies on your mobile network operator's network connection and cellular services to send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS).
Responsibility for Fees: You acknowledge that your mobile network operator's standard messaging, data, and roaming rates will apply. You are solely responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes billed by your mobile carrier.
No Offline Guarantee: We are not responsible for any messages that fail to send or receive due to poor network coverage, carrier outages, or device configurations.
Ownership: The App, including its code, layouts, icons, designs, graphics, and assets, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App.
Trademarks: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Advertisements: The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Any interactions or transactions you have with third-party advertisers found through the App are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or quality of products/services offered by third-party ads.
External Links: The App may contain links to external sites (such as our Privacy Policy or support site). We do not control or endorse the content of those third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUGS-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
