Paste your recipients public key on the empty box just above 'Your Public Key' by clicking on the "PASTE RECIPIENT PUBLIC KEY" button.

Make sure you have copied all contents of the public key. It always begin with '----- BEGIN PUBLIC KEY -----' and end with '----- END PUBLIC KEY -----'.

Once this is done, you can start encrypting your message.
